But no dashboard lights, no temp changes - apparently no problems. 12 hours later the Service Engine Soon light came on. So I was worried about damage. Brian was able to take me in right away to check the code. He got the car up on the rack where his tech Ryan showed me no damage from the prior day's road trouble. Light went on for a separate reason. They were able to reassure me that I could drive safely back to Chicago. That was invaluable to me.

I would've never gotten my car back on the road at that rate. Especially being the car is only worth probably double their quoted price.

Almost all KT stores are laid out with a similar floor plan, there are a few different floor plans…read moredepending on the footprint of the store and when it was built. Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you turn to approach the cash registers. When you go into the store, you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners want you to feel. This store is newer so it uses the newer floor plan and it's left handed. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods are straight back. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a right at the dairy case. Lottery tickets are back there, too. The no-fee ATMs are to your right as you enter the store. (If you're a true Cheesehead you call those TYME machines.) Outside? You'll find Unleaded regular and premium, Unleaded 88, E-85, and winterized diesel #2 and a 24 hour car wash. I'm a 14-year-old, and this bike means everything to me since I've worked hard for it since I was 10. I went there with my dad today, and the first comment Bernie Klismet made to me was, 'Are you getting it ready for Pride Month?' because I permed my hair. I stayed respectful, but then I asked for my bike back because I didn't trust him, based on previous experiences. He had my dad's quad at his shop off and on, dropping it off in 2023 completely and leaving it there. We originally dropped it off in 2020, and he still hasn't touched or looked at it. He then said 'Absolutely' when I asked for my bike back, but told me to get the f*** off his property, even though I was still being respectful. I took my bike, and while I was pushing it down the road, he made very mean comments and insulted me when I didn't say ANYTHING. VERY RUDE and would not recommend, as he is very childish. Once again, I was respectful the whole time, and he still proceeded to insult me and also pulled my dad's quad (which he had nothing to do with) and put it on the side of the highway, non-running, since he never looked at it or fixed it. My grandpa also had an experience with him and won't go to him anymore because it took weeks, and no one called or texted him. So, he went to his shop looking for it, but no one was there, and he saw Bernie Klismet using HIS trailer to haul around other things without asking him. TERRIBLE service. NO HE WAS NOT JOKING AS HE KEPT REPEATING INSULTS TOO ME AFTER I SAID I DIDNT LIKE IT
