I had no problems with my car before I brought it in. I had to go to work, so I drove it home (~11 miles) and over the next two days I drove my car a total of two miles. On Friday, the engine light came on while driving the one mile to work. It was 430 and I called and spoke with a woman who was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She asked why I didn't bring it in sooner, I told her I had to work. She basically said it couldn't be their fault because they just did an oil change which wouldn't cause the check engine light to come on. She didn't check with anyone on what might cause that. She said you can come in but we close at five. I had to travel on Sunday and no one is open over the weekend. I asked if they could stay until I got there because I wasn't sure if I would make it before five. She said no. I Paid someone to plug in a diagnostic unit, to find out IT WAS THEIR FAULT. THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE DIPSTICK!!! Will never go there again...the woman on the phone should be reprimanded. Not the way to handle customers.

I'm a 14-year-old, and this bike means everything to me since I've worked hard for it since I was 10. I went there with my dad today, and the first comment Bernie Klismet made to me was, 'Are you getting it ready for Pride Month?' because I permed my hair. I stayed respectful, but then I asked for my bike back because I didn't trust him, based on previous experiences. He had my dad's quad at his shop off and on, dropping it off in 2023 completely and leaving it there. We originally dropped it off in 2020, and he still hasn't touched or looked at it. He then said 'Absolutely' when I asked for my bike back, but told me to get the f*** off his property, even though I was still being respectful. I took my bike, and while I was pushing it down the road, he made very mean comments and insulted me when I didn't say ANYTHING. VERY RUDE and would not recommend, as he is very childish. Once again, I was respectful the whole time, and he still proceeded to insult me and also pulled my dad's quad (which he had nothing to do with) and put it on the side of the highway, non-running, since he never looked at it or fixed it. My grandpa also had an experience with him and won't go to him anymore because it took weeks, and no one called or texted him. So, he went to his shop looking for it, but no one was there, and he saw Bernie Klismet using HIS trailer to haul around other things without asking him. TERRIBLE service. Fortunately, we called Tom from Minocqua Auto Clinic and he saved us. Our AC compressor froze up and the pulley fell off causing the serpentine belt to come off. The car was not drivable and there are no parts for Mercedes in the North Woods. Tom was able to install a shorter serpentine belt and bypass the AC unit. We were back in business and made the 300 mile journey back home without incident. My local service guy was very impressed with what Tom did, he is a lifesaver. Don't hesitate to take your car to Tom, he will take good care of you!!
