I had no problems with my car before I brought it in. I had to go to work, so I drove it home (~11 miles) and over the next two days I drove my car a total of two miles. On Friday, the engine light came on while driving the one mile to work. It was 430 and I called and spoke with a woman who was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She asked why I didn't bring it in sooner, I told her I had to work. She basically said it couldn't be their fault because they just did an oil change which wouldn't cause the check engine light to come on. She didn't check with anyone on what might cause that. She said you can come in but we close at five. I had to travel on Sunday and no one is open over the weekend. I asked if they could stay until I got there because I wasn't sure if I would make it before five. She said no. I Paid someone to plug in a diagnostic unit, to find out IT WAS THEIR FAULT. THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE DIPSTICK!!! Will never go there again...the woman on the phone should be reprimanded. Not the way to handle customers.

(Fiberglass or aluminum and if I wanted it color matched to my truck) Since I had already researched what I wanted, the process went quickly and smoothly. The installation was done quickly and professionally and they washed it after the installation. I would highly recommended T&T to anybody looking for a truck bed cap. That being said, while on vacation in my hometown recently, I had a brake disaster, and had only one day to get my car repaired on short notice before having to make the four hour drive home. I called four shops before calling Justin, and all of the other shops were busy and didn't have time to help, even though I stated the urgency of my situation. Justin asked me to bring it in right away and they would see what they could do. I dropped it off by 9:00 a.m. and had it back by 1:00, and the repairman even took photos of what the issue was (shoddy work by my previous shop on a brake pad replacement). Very pleased with the effort to assist me in my crisis mode, and with the extra time they took to take photos of the issue. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for excellent service!

He test drives, he listens to the machine, not a computer, and he has an eye for detail. He is a real mechanic that knows old machines. He also tells you what you need, and what can wait. I wanted to do a review because he took good care of us, but he does not need a review because his lot is always full. We waited a bit because I could tell he was fixing cars people needed, and we were not in a hurry and he knew it. It was not safe to drive, and he made sure it is. We loved how fast and seamless their website and communication system was. * Justin was friendly, answered our questions, followed up over the weekend, and made the buying process easy. * We appreciated that there was no pressure when we chose to finance through our local credit union and purchase our extended warranty elsewhere. * Our pickup appointment was at 3:30, but we waited about 50 minutes before meeting with Jake in finance. Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500-$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we worked with was friendly, and we'd gladly shop at Lenz Truck Center again. Better communication about the missing key fob and a more complete vehicle delivery are the reasons for our 4-star review. We left feeling disappointed by how the key fob situation was handled and wished the delivery had ended on a warmer, more complete note.
