I was able to quickly & easily schedule my appointment for a tire rotation & balance on a Friday morning only a few days in advance. The check-in process was nice and allowed me to notify them when I was on the way as well as when I actually arrived. I had a 9:15am appointment, so I arrived a few minutes early at 9:05am. They quickly checked out my car, got it into the shop, and I was ready to hit the road again by 9:25am. Considering my tire rotation & balance was absolutely free and it took barely any time at all, I'd say the value was definitely off the charts. This visit reaffirms how highly I regard Discount Tire, and this location really makes me want to stick with them for all of my future tire needs!

Not like the other stores where you're waiting at least an hour. I definitely recommend booking online, they prioritize you over walk ins. I will definitely keep coming back!!

I have never been treated with such disrespect by any business. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect basic customer service or to be treated with respect.

I never feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on me, and they only recommend what's needed at the time with a heads up on things to be prepared for in the near future. This helps me budget my car expenses which I appreciate so much since I drive for a living (Lyft). The cherry on top is that it's WOMAN OWNED!!! I've quit going to the dealer and other chain auto shops because I feel like as a woman I'm frequently taken advantage of. (Even if I wasn't, the average person is not a car expert, so it's easy for them to rack up the bill and me unknowingly handing over a credit card.) Dina is *so* good about explaining the issue, the parts that are needed, and what may have caused it. I honestly learn so much about cars every time I come here. Springtime in St. Louis is never a good time to have low profile tires. I was on my way to my…read morecycling class in Richmond Heights, when suddenly a pothole jumped out and hit my tire. In all seriousness, my low tire pressure light came on immediately and I have to think fast to figure out what was close by. My car was not going to make it much further and air was quickly expiring. So, I turned where I always do for the best nearby spots (Yelp) and I found Telle Tire. Unfortunately, I arrived at 5:45pm, 15 minutes after they closed. I saw there was a place to drop your key, but I had never been a customer here before and was also in a hurry to still get to my cycling class. A gentleman came out of the locked door and offered to help. He proceeded to take my name and number and let me leave my keys and told me he'd give me a call tomorrow after they evaluated the tire. I was so grateful, as they were technically closed. Sure enough, they called me promptly the next day, they were able to get the exact tire I needed, one that matched my other tires, same day! They serviced it that day too, and it was ready by the end of the next day. The price was right too! It was $50 under what I have paid at other places for the exact same thing, so I was thrilled. I really appreciate this business, as they went out of their way to help me and delivered on everything they said they would and more. Totally won me over.
