Rochester Indoor Storage fulfilled our storage needs quite nicely, as we had a number of bins, items, and belongings that wouldn't fit in our apartment. While the location isn't near downtown, Rochester's not all that large a city, so it worked out pretty well. The only recommendation I have is to install a true elevator, as the lift that's currently installed is quite slow, and doesn't accommodate large, tall, or heavy items all that well. However, it served its purpose. The only reason we left is because we no longer needed storage (hooray!). One major bonus: bathrooms! While it's not something I'd normally think of, it definitely was a perk when we were doing some work in our unit. No complaints, easy move-in and rental, and excellent customer service. Nicole answered the phone at all hours, offered quick and helpful service, and made the entire process as enjoyable as storage can be. Also, pricing was comparable to other storage venues in the area, and it was nice to be able to move in right away without waiting to meet with someone or do paperwork.
