Also the gym does not carry any of Golds nice workout clothings. The shelves are empty ???? While most members are very respectful to the gym rules there are the few that can care less by constantly being on the phone and many times on the speakers too screaming loudly . No other gym tolerates this. One good note is that the gym is always clean and theatrics in charge of cleaning does an amazing work. I am hoping the owner will do something about the phone issue soon.

Never crowded and most machines are always available. Bathrooms is pretty icky, definitely wish it was more renovated and nicer. They also had so much construction upstairs and downstairs and i'd find literal dust on some of the machines i'd go on. Hopefully it's done by now. Downside is that this gym does not provide a pool, sauna, or jacuzzi which is another reason why I moved to a new gym. This place could also definitely be a lot more bigger, treadmills, stair master, bicycle machines were all squished to the second floor. Overall, good location and facilities are at the minimum.

Unexpected change of instructor at the last minute, so I canceled class. Received penalty notification as expected and did not have any issues. I decided to notify them, as I believe communication is important and also respectful when you're a no show. Instead, I got a series of emails from the owner that wasn't pleasant, but more combative and defensive. She also made sure to indicate boldly in her communication that she is the "OWNER" when I didn't ask and was trying to close the toxic display of her communication towards me. Quite sad frankly to learn of an owner who practices against its mission statement. Be wary.

I was cool until I saw the prices which was $200 a month and she kept telling me it's self investment and was very pushy and I didn't like that at all when people are pushy it makes me lose interest real quickly, and she just kept persisting and persisting and persisting for me to join and I can tell that she was getting mad that I don't want to join at all so yeah, I'm never gonna join or ever coming here again

Here is my breakdown of the positives and negatives I have experienced in that short time. Positives -The most reasonably priced reformer Pilates class you'll find in the area -Gorgeous, shiny new equipment and studio -Excited trainers and super nice, welcoming staff -Adorable retail items including grip socks that are required for class -Small class sizes (12 max people per class) -7 days/week class times well into the evenings Negatives -No changing room/shower/locker space - you have to literally walk through class to get to the single restroom to change -Earliest morning class is 6:30am - I like to workout earlier than that, if you are an evening or day workout person this is not an issue -Instructors really vary in their expertise and style - this can go either way depending how you look at it, but know that if you don't click with one instructor there is another you might really enjoy -Classes book up quickly on the weekends Because the studio is still so new, they are only offering 2 different classes - Reformer Flow and Cardio Sculpt. Both are on the reformer most of the time with some mat and springboard work. The Cardio Sculpt uses a jumpboard, which might not be for everyone. I look forward to seeing what other class options become available as the studio matures. They have free 30 min intro classes available if you want to check out the studio. Pilates is a great workout and I think it's awesome they have made it more accessible. The only downside to the class format is that you lose some of the tweaks and intricacies that can really help make it an effective workout. At least, that's my opinion!

Love that you activate muscles you never knew existed and that it's about flow and precision not speed (talking about reformer flow class). It's very clean. The instructors I've had so far all seem very knowledgeable and friendly. Hope I continue to love it just as much moving forward. Try out the intro class!!!
