TNC Construction was great in helping me fix a hole caused by a woodpecker on the side of my house…read more It was a relatively small project but something I didn't feel totally comfortable with addressing myself, and TNC was able to provide a quick and easy quote based on my description and pictures prior to visiting, and once they came to assess the situation and describe in more detail what needed to be done, aligned very closely to that original quote while explaining clearly why there were a few differences. They finished the project swiftly and allowed me to review for myself before calling it complete, and everything looks as good as new. As mentioned, this was a relatively small project that I was hesitant to do myself but also cognizant of bigger companies/contractors over-charging me, and TNC came through with a completely reasonable and understandable quote/rate and did a great job on fixing the issue. Highly recommend for both large and small projects around the house.

Chris and Lucas arrived to make the repairs, they were punctual and professional! I watched over the course of 3 days as they worked, I was impressed with their attention to detail and skill. The finished product was amazing! They had to remove the existing French doors and pull up a section of my dining room floor to remove the damaged section and rebuild it. Chris and Lucas took pride in their work and the finished product looks better then when the house was originally built! After each day of work all materials were picked up and they cleaned up too! Thanks for a job well done, I'll be calling for some inside trim work this summer! Thanks again!!

They did such an amazing job that we had them build a beautiful 18'x16' tongue and groove cover off of our back patio as well. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. Larry, the project manager is kind, respectful and communicated every step of the way. I was a little sad when they were done because Larry wouldn't be coming over anymore, he was just an overall pleasure to have around. Rhonda makes sure that the billing is transparent and detailed down to the penny so we never had any surprises or questions. Bill is a seasoned professional who works with contractors that have a commitment to quality. The project remained on schedule, on budget, exceeded expectations, they communicated every step of the way, were kind and respectful. Great company!

They also redid our fence and garbage-bin enclosure. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the project were exceptional. The finished result exceeded our expectations -- this outdoor living space has truly been a blessing for our family. Rain or shine, there's not a day we don't use it. We've hosted countless family game nights and gatherings here, and I'm genuinely grateful for this space every single day. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm taking the time because of what happened recently -- more than four years after the project was completed. We noticed a small leak where the deck cover connects to the house, water was dripping from the soffit boards. Naturally, we were stressed about potential water damage and repairs, but when I reached out to Tim, he responded within minutes and sent his team the very next morning! They inspected the area, found a likely source, sealed it and performed the necessary repairs, then advised us to observe it again when the rain returns and call them if further repairs is needed. This experience speaks volumes about the company's integrity and dedication to their customers. Even years later, they stood behind their work without hesitation. It's rare these days to find honest, hardworking, and caring contractors like Tim and his crew. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Sky Mountain Contractors to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and genuine professionalism. (Photos attached of our project!)

Tim's responsiveness throughout the project was amazing, which is rare to find these days. I am a perfectionist and expect the same of Contractors. I found only a few VERY MINOR issues along the way, but Tim and his excellent crew were right on it! Many months after the project had been finished, we requested a minor repair to our siding that was NOT even part of their work. They came up yesterday and fixed it for us! They went above and beyond! Also, we had a request for a unique fold-out shelf for feeding birds (which we make sure is never available to bears!). Tim designed something that works perfectly. THANK YOU Tim, and crew!

Our project was started in the winter. It had to be put on hold due to cold temps and we were concerned that they would be slammed when it came time to pour. However, they got us in quickly. We are very pleased with the results. Sidenote, we had a very experienced house builder on our property during the wait for the temperatures to rise and they of course could see the work that HOJ had done thus far (forms and rebar in place etc....). They commented that "these guys know what they're doing," It was nice to hear that unsolicited vote of confidence.

He identified seal failures and a few other problems on several other skylights as well (and I verified easily later-- I don't spend a lot of time staring at my ceiling ;) ). This was not a shock-- house was built in 1992 and skylights do not last forever. I did have a couple other firms come out to look at the roof and Northwest Tile Roofing was the only one which identified other real issues. Example: everyone else missed a leaking skylight in a walk-in closet; Jeremy saw it right away. The other good part is that they were fine with me sourcing the windows independently (a family friend has a window business); they still charged for installation and removal of the old windows, but that was happening regardless. Finally, the price was what you would expect for a crew of ~6 people for 2 days, but the roof did not appear to have had much if any maintenance done to it over the last 28 years. I will be hiring them for annual maintenance going forward. Great company, great employees too.

They do everything from framing to interior design, and they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The list of projects they completed for us is honestly too long to name, but here are some of the bigger ones: Outside work: siding, painting the entire exterior, refreshing the deck, installing doors, trim repair/replacement, and window repairs. Inside work: remodeling two bathrooms with walk-in showers and custom shelving, replacing all the trim throughout the house to give it a more modern look, resurfacing wood surfaces, painting all the interior doors, replacing flooring downstairs with luxury waterproof vinyl flooring, replacing subfloors, installing electrical fixtures throughout the house, and building custom shelving for closets and bathrooms -- even a custom cubby closet with a plantation door. Beyond the quality of the work, Val and the team are just great people to work with. They're professional, hardworking, and always positive. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows in the finished product. Anytime we had a question or concern, they handled it right away. I'd recommend them over any other contractor in the area. With their help, we sold our house in just 10 days and got almost full asking price, even in a tough market. Thanks again, Val and team -- you really helped make our vision come to life!

The second was recessed lighting and related electrical work in our living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. Across all these projects Paul and the team were quick to respond and work with us on specifics from the start of the project through unexpected bumps encountered along the way. Their work is consistently great and it's a reason we keep going back to them to try to squeeze into their schedule. The only downside is the cost of the projects, but frankly it's worth it for this level of quality, customer service, and flexibility. We highly recommend the Homez team.

They gave me a good bid for fiber cement board siding. I will admit some problems were due to my communication errors; and another challenge was I was not in the state when the project was going on unfortunately. So I appreciate their efforts to accommodate me when I requested pictures of the project progress. one error I made was a wrong paint color and I appreciate that they did not charge me extra for correcting my error. There were however, problems with returning my exterior fixtures back to the locations that they were before the project began (flag mount hose mounts, solar lights, circuit breaker box ground wire covers) I think my feedback for them for their future work, would be to take video or pictures pre and post and compare to make sure everything is cleaned up and returned as expected (so The customer doesn't have to bring it up to them).

They stepped on and broke my bushes which are permanently damaged. They broke my kitchen garden window and said it "it looked like it was broken on the inside" inferring that I had broken it. They had garbage thrown all over my yard the entire time and my front covered porch looked like a homeless camp with food left there and thrown on the door leaving grease stains . They also left a microwave there for months to heat their food. Not an experience I would want to relive. Ugh.
