I was able to see the progress day-to-day and I saw the QUALITY of the work. Premier all of the hardscape and landscaping that you see in the photos: trex, bushes, and rock. Amanda had to not only work with the city permits but work with my HOA, whose members are NOT up-to-date on construction, so she had to also educate them on their policies, and construction in's and outs-- very frustrating, so I'm glad she did it so I didn't have to! We needed a tree removed and sod replacement for my dad's entire yard. The dead original sod was almost 6 inches above ground. They removed the tree, rock and stone inlays and removed all the old sod. They laid a high quality sod down and trimmed perfectly. The new lawn looks stunning and makes the house look beautiful! They communicated daily during work and quickly answered any question. I was so impressed and stunned by quality that I hired them for my own home. Their work is taken very seriously and with a care for the client that has almost disappeared these days! Very affordable probably the best quote I had received. Years went on and I bought a home that had all rocks for a back and front yard. Sure enough they are still a business which in my eyes speaks volumes. The owner is super awesome and will answer any questions you may have. Instead, I had to go onto his website and schedule there. I went to the website and made an appointment. I was at the property 30 minutes prior to the schedule appointment time (window of 3pm to 4pm). I waited until about 3:15pm, still no word from the contractor. I went out front to see if maybe he had went too far down the block or something. No one in sight. I took a few minutes to run to the restroom. After the restroom, I noticed I missed the contractor's call by three minutes. I rang back expecting him to answer and explain that he was on his way or had arrived. Instead, it went to his voicemail. A few minutes later, I received a string of text messages from the contractor accusing me of missing the appointment, wasting his time, costing him gas money, and making him late for other appointments. Apparently, my stepping into the restroom for three minutes was out of the question. What kind of contactor works like this? I took time out of my day to meet this contractor as well. I guess my time as a client is not valuable to him in any way? He claims he waited for 20 minutes, but that is not at all true. I went outside searching for him and he had not arrived. Furthermore, why would he wait outside for 20 minutes and not attempt to call the contact number? When he finally did call, I only missed the call by three minutes. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing my experience, he only went on a further threatening tirade about he planned to comment back on my review about how much of his time I wasted. Ummm, you were not at the property when I checked at 3:15pm. I went to the restroom for a few minutes, I missed a call by three minutes, and then you refused to answer. If three minutes is unacceptable, it sounds as though you have some scheduling issues. Anyhow, DO NOT hire this contractor. He is terribly impatient, rude, and does not value your time as the hiring client.

I requested services for a quote this past Saturday (5/23/26) and was asked if 9:30am…read moresame day would work. I requested 10:30am as I had stepped out to the store as they responded. They confirmed that 10:30am was ok and that they would be at the address that I provided. at 10:26 AM I reached out and let them know that I had parked on the street so they could park in my driveway. at 10:33 I received a text that they would not be making it and asked if I could reschedule for 1130. at this point, I was a little frustrated but agreed to reschedule but for this upcoming Tuesday at the same time 10:30 AM, as I had to be on the road for the holiday at that time. So today as of writing (5/26/26) I had been waiting on my front porch since about 10 AM. at 10:45 I just decided to text and let them know that I would be going with another company. 15 minutes past the agreed-upon time and no communication is extraordinarily frustrating. When I texted to let them know that I would be going with another company and then was given excuses. While things happen communication in business dealings, in my opinion, is extraordinarily important. My advice would be if you like to work on a timeline and need things to happen efficiently, to look for another company.
