Had Cory from Northwest Plumbing to come out for warranty work on a wobbly toilet. it was loose lose toilet bowl bolts. The service from the original call to the pre-arrival text and the in house work quick, effective and above and beyond our expectations. not only did he tighten the bolts he spent a few minute on a smelly plumbing item that has baffled us for months. A sewer odor that came and went from inside the cabinet of our kitchen island. On any given day it was all over the house. We called the builder earlier and they deflected us stating it will eventually go away. Today the odor was not as strong as usual but Cory quickly sniffed it out and diagnosed it as a "studor" valve. A new one on me. He is knowledgeable on both plumbing installation and repairs. He explained how the valve worked in islands to seal vent odor in, yet allow the line to vent and did a quick valve replacement. He gave us the gift of better smelling. Above and beyond the simple fixing a wobbly toilet bowl. So far working with NW Plumbing and Cory in particular has been great. 5 Stars and more! read more

He text me back his regular rate-$150. over-time rate-$200.00 He failed to say he charges a minimum of two hours. They do the lowest quality work so that they can get the work for new home contractors and have no problems installing shoddy parts at the request of builders like Piedmont. Instead of installing an expansion tank like reputable plumbers, they install a relief valve and lied to the county inspector about it being to code. The valve releases pressure at 125psi. The Pex lines are only rated to 100psi when hot. I had 3 lines rupture as have neighbors. read more

Two commodes improperly installed and manifold complaints about this company. Here is an example: It should be noted that it took from March 31, 2025 to May 20, 2025 for the builder and plumbing company (Northwest Plumbing, Inc.), to properly determine and correct the improper installation of the basement toilet. This is a direct reflection of the inability and neglect of the Inspector Scott Turner, the Builder, and Northwest Plumbing, Inc. Plumber from Northwest Plumbing returned to move the toilet in the hall bathroom to the proper location. The original installation of the toilet blocked the entrance to the shower. Clearly, Inspector Scott Turner failed in his duties to insure the toilet was installed at the proper location (15 inches from vanity). ***Note: this is the second toilet installed incorrectly and not to code by Northwest Plumbing, Inc. It is clearly evident that Inspector Scott Turner failed in multiple tasks. read more

Stay away. We have a new construction home, so it's not unexpected that there will be issues. Our builder uses this company for their plumbing warranty work. Had a guy come out new year's eve to fix a toilet that is constantly running and an alarm that is constantly going off on our water heater. The plumbers that came out were nice enough guys. The guy told me that the toilet was fixed they needed to order a part for the water heater and they would come back once the part gets in. 15 minutes after the guy walks out the door, the toilet starts running again (and as an added bonus water is seeping out of the bottom of the toilet) I immedatly call the company to let them know to see if they could send the guy back. The person on the phone says "we're fixin to close, but I will try to give him a call." I'm on hold for a few minutes and then get cut off. I call back, and get the "we are closed voicemail." They call me back yesterday at 10 am to say they would reach out to the tech and get me scheduled and call me right back. By 4pm, no call. I call them to get the same "we are closed" voicemail. I call the woman back this morning at 8 am. Asking why I didn't get a call back yesterday. She said they could not get a hold of the tech (Really?!?!). She then immediatly put me on the schedule for Monday. I asked when I would have been scheduled if she had actually did what she told me she was going to do yesterday and that flummoxed her. I asked her to put herself in my shoes and ran down this entire scenario and asked her if she would be happy? She said she could not put herself in my shoes. Whatever... Bottom line...If you have the option of choosing any other plumbing company on the planet earth, go with that one. One star for the techs being good guys. The quality of their work remains in question. Beyond that, the customer service is trash. Stay away. read more

My home warranty used NW Plumbing as their vendor. We've had no plumbing issues since we closed, but had our first call today. Boy, was I let down compared to the other trades warranty work. To start, the emergency line doesn't work. The woman who answered the regular line had an uncanny ability to belittle me and my request. We have water leaking below our water heater and I was asked several times if the electricians did something first. I repeatedly said "the electrician told me it's a plumbing issue. I'm not qualified to tell you what they did.". I believe this is a common case of vendors not wanting to do their work. Just come out of pocket for any plumbing issues before going to NW plumbing. read more

Just finished building my home and about to move in. Tested the water and found out that the pressure was way too high. Our builder called the plumber to call me and schedule an appointment. Got a call the next day, scheduled for the afternoon of the next day (5 hour window), with a note stating for the plumber to call me 1 hour before arrival. Day of appointment: got a call at work, lady said that she has the plumber at my door, but no one is answering. I told her no one was home, and I was supposed to be called one hour prior to his arrival. My husband was leaving work and on his way (45 minute drive). Was told that the plumber couldn't wait, and released him from my home. They told me that they were "completely booked" and they had no one to come back out. Had to reschedule for another day, with me missing out on my job (at a hospital). If they don't call me 1 hour before, I'm asking for the CEO. If I could give a 0, I would. read more

DO NOT USE! Our hot water heater went out. We just bought the home four days ago and we are experiencing cold showers already. The builder told us that it was under warranty with Northwest plumbing. I called them the customer service lady was nice. When I was called back it was by someone else and she was extremely rude. Told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and that I would need to find a service plumber in the area. I went on to explain to her that I just bought the home four days ago and I need help understanding how that was true. Before I could get a full sentence out of my mouth she interrupted me and told me that she can't help me and proceeded to hang up the phone. DO NOT USE. Did the work on a new home. Two years latter water heater with pump failed. Manufacturer technician came out for emergency service and advised me that circulation pump was installed incorrectly. Called emergency number and was left in the cold. They said they will not be able to do anything until Monday when offices will reopen. Because water heater is gas and water flooded lines no heat. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

They installed our hot water recirculation pump incorrectly as well as others in our neighborhood. You call them after the warranty period, and they won't even speak to you even though it's 100% their fault. Because it was installed incorrectly, it caused our circuit to trip. This company is TRASH! Their reps are rude AF and the problem with my broken water meter has yet to be fixed after (3) attempts of their tech coming out to fix it. I moved into a new construction home 3 months ago so my home is still under warranty. When I received my water bill from the separate third party company that handles that, they were charging me $150 for inaccurate water readings. The third party company came out to figure out what was going on and found out that the water pressure meter was broken and not reading correctly. Enter Northwest plumbing who installed the meter and can't seem to fix it. So I call the customer service line and the rep tells me that they do need to replace the meter but they don't have any, don't know when they're going to get a new shipment in and get this.. don't know who the manufacturer is who supplies them????? Had a problem with mom's toilet that the plunger didn't fix, so we called the plumber listed in the resident's welcome pack. Yes, someone is in the neighborhood, and poof! 5 minutes later they were there. Five minutes later they were gone, having given the snake a twist or two. Great! But listen to this! 5 minutes work, no travel time, no parts to buy.... $162.50!!!! Wow! My brain surgeon charged less! Mom called to complain but the man hung up on her. Oh, well. Lesson learned. Friday afternoon. Wife calls out, "Why doesn't the shower drain work?" This is the type of query that a domesticated guy like me HATES to hear at the end of the week. So, now begins the process of eliminating where the offending blockage might be. I determined that the guest bath (thank You God for the guest bath!) was still functional, which meant that I could avoid highway robbery for a 'rush' call. I called Northwest, scheduled a Monday service call, and settled in for the weekend. This is when I discovered how conditioned I am to using a shower stall, rather than showering in a tub, avoiding the dreaded clammy embrace of the shower curtain. I survived, Monday came, nice man removed the clog with the world's biggest auger, I paid $388.20, and took a proper shower as soon as he left. 5 happy stars. read more

I wish there were lower rating available than 1 star. this company is total fraud - they have built nexus with builder (Lennar etc) who forced home buyers to use this company in order for continuation of warranty. In my case, they quoted exorbitant amount of money by giving false declaration of task and effort. For a simple job to repair hose bib, they told it will take min 3 hours hence they are charging higher amount. However when plumber came, he finished everything in 30 mins. To make it easy for themselves, they charged customer before work is done. Despite of repetitive request, they have declined to share receipt because they know they won't be able to justify such an exorbitant amount for 30 mins job. will not recommend them to anyone.... read more

Absolutely horrible! I haven't come across such sloppy, unresponsive and incompetent customer service .I can handle rude reps if they make up for it with quality for, but sadly that's far from true here. I called them only because of the warranty service that came along with our new house. The plumbing system they installed(brand new and less than 2 years) has been giving us trouble ever since we moved in. I wonder why builders engage such companies at the risk of damaging their own reputation. I will lodge a formal complaint with the builder. read more

I purchased a home in 2006. NW Plumbing installed the plumbing into my home. My home was new construction. I have had multiple problems with this water line since this company installed the plumbing. This company has been to my home to "fix" the water line on 3 different occasions. In 2009 I have had water dripping from the sidewalk. NWP came out to fix the problem,and within 12 mos, the sidewalk was leaking again. In April 2011, the water line cracked, again, and I had to call them to repair the line again. Now, in October 2011, the problem has occurred again. The company required me to pay BEFORE the job was completed,and refused to honor the warranty that is currenlty on this previous repair. These people are crooks, and I have had $200 waterbills for several months, with no restitution.Last week, I was told by a woman that they would be out on Wednesday,October 19th, Thursday October 20th at the latest. No one came out until Wednesday, the following week. read more
