Just to know I've had other plumbers came out and claim they could service the water heater, but you shouldn't let anyone without a certification and a special training with RINNAI, work on your water heater. TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

Incompetent Den of Thieves. They charged $750 to clear a drain that clogged the very next day and…read morerefused to return without an additional exorbitant charge. This is their "business model": try to charge over $1000 to snake a drain (we "negotiated" down to $750), then video the results and use it to pitch a $5000 dollar excavation job (that would destroy shrubs, not replace them, dig a trench, swap out a segment of pipe), even if all of that is not necessary to solve the problem. Take a look at the picture in this review, captured from their own video. They left the jobsite having cleared barely 1" inch (if that) of the 4" diameter pipe. That tiny black hole in the center is what they cleared, and all that junk above are roots that encroached into the pipe. Justin Connor, the technician, used a spade head to clear the tiny area but instead of changing the snake head to use a sawtooth root-cutter and clear more of the pipe following the video, he simply used the video to pitch the $5,000 job described above. When we talked to Justin's boss, somebody named Herman (last name not disclosed), they were completely dismissive, emphasizing they have no warranty; not one, single day. Avoid these guys like the plague. They are dishonest, incompetent thieves. The company appears to be owned by somebody named Tom Miller (ref: Georgia Sec. of State). ------------------------------------------- Update in response to owner Miller: "Once you have roots we stop"? Wouldn't it be ethical to inform customers of this practice before you take their money? "No ones [sic] sewer is worth a finger". What does that mean? These drains are not cleared by hand. Electrical snakes, their attachments and hydro-jetting are used. "There are a ton of things that we could use to remove the roots but in this case it wouldn't be cost effective." For whom? For YOU because it wouldn't enable you to take even MORE money from customers? "faking outage [sic]"? Nothing fake about it, Mr. Miller. How would you feel if a (presumed) professional took $750 out of your pocket and his "solution" failed the next day? "Hope someone else is able to service you." Someone else WAS able to do the job - clearing the tube completely -- with no excavation or pipe replacement. I think you make my argument for me. Thank you.

Exceptional Service from Beginning to End…read more I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Isaac Adkison of TE Certified and the exceptional service he provided from our initial consultation through the completion of a significant plumbing repair at my home. I contacted TE Certified after discovering a concealed hot-water leak beneath the slab of my home. From the very first visit, Isaac stood out because of the thoroughness of his assessment, his knowledge, and the amount of time he took to help me understand what was happening and the different options available to address it. This was a major repair decision for me, and rather than rushing me toward a particular solution, Isaac carefully explained the advantages, disadvantages, uncertainties, and long-term considerations associated with each option. Over the days that followed, I had many questions--and I mean many! Isaac answered every one of them with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, and detail. He never made me feel as though I was asking too much or taking up too much of his time. When I needed clarification about specific items on the estimates, how the proposed reroute would work, the existing plumbing, freeze concerns, accessibility, restoration, or the potential for future issues, he consistently responded with thoughtful and knowledgeable explanations that helped me make an informed decision. What impressed me just as much was his honesty. When there were things he could not know with absolute certainty until the walls were opened or the existing piping was further evaluated, he said so. I greatly appreciated that. I never felt pressured or given false assurances simply for the sake of making a sale. When I ultimately asked Isaac what he would recommend as the best long-term solution for my particular home, he gave me a clear professional recommendation and thoroughly explained his reasoning. That gave my family and me the confidence we needed to proceed with rerouting the hot- and cold-water lines to the kitchen through conditioned interior space. On the day of the work, that same level of professionalism continued. After locating the plumbing manifold beside the refrigerator, Isaac made an extremely clean and precise opening in the drywall, preserving the piece so that it could be neatly replaced afterward. As the routing plan developed, he initially proposed one solution, but when I expressed concern about how it would affect the appearance and countertop area of the kitchen, he listened to my concerns and was completely receptive to exploring an alternative route I suggested. He evaluated it carefully and determined that the new lines could instead be routed behind the refrigerator and stove and through the lower cabinetry to the sink. The result exceeded my expectations. Isaac, with the assistance of Reeves, completed the work with tremendous care and attention to detail. The new lines were insulated, neatly routed and securely installed, and the workmanship throughout was exceptionally clean and organized. They protected the surrounding areas while working, treated the home with care, and left the kitchen looking virtually unchanged despite the extent of the plumbing work that had been completed. You would never know from looking at the finished kitchen that such a significant reroute had taken place. Most importantly, after the new lines were installed and the water was restored, Isaac checked the water meter to verify the result. The meter was no longer moving. After dealing with the stress of a concealed leak and having to keep the hot water shut off, seeing that meter remain still--and knowing the leak had finally been resolved--was an enormous relief. Another thing I greatly respect is that the project remained at the best-case estimate I had authorized: $2,915. There were opportunities throughout this process for the scope or cost to increase, but Isaac remained transparent about the work that was actually necessary and completed the agreed-upon repair accordingly. There is a difference between someone who simply knows how to perform a trade and someone who combines technical expertise with integrity, communication, patience, problem-solving, respect for the homeowner, and genuine pride in his work. In my experience, Isaac demonstrated all of those qualities. I also want to recognize Reeves for his assistance in completing the work so carefully and efficiently. Together, they did an immaculate job. As a homeowner, especially when dealing with a costly repair in an area outside of your own expertise, it is incredibly important to feel that you can trust the person advising you. Isaac earned that trust. He did not just repair a plumbing problem; he helped me understand it, thoughtfully walked me through a difficult decision, listened to my concerns, and ultimately delivered a solution that I feel very confident about. I am genuinely grateful that Isaac was the plumber assigned to m

But, I was just choosing cheap toilets because it's a TOILET lol, I had no idea they made different heights, widths, seat combos, bowl combos or had differing levels of suction and durability. I know now! FYI rocking toilets cause deeper issues. "Wax ring issues manifest as a wobbly or unstable toilet, water pooling around the toilet's base, damp or spongy flooring, persistent sewer odors, or mold growth, indicating a compromised seal between the toilet and the floor flange. These problems stem from improper installation, causing uneven compression, or from age and wear, allowing water and gases to leak. Addressing a failed wax ring is crucial to prevent extensive water damage and subfloor rot, often requiring a professional plumber for replacement. " My wobbly toilet broke the flange and caused more damage than just a toilet. YOUR WELCOME Long story longer.... I won't call anyone else.

Submitted a ticket on their website early on a Monday - received contact by 10 AM, incredibly polite customer service from the gentleman I spoke to, LaPriest. Arranged a Tuesday morning service (kudos for quick turnaround). Alas, I screwed up my schedule and double booked - I had a doctor's appointment smack in the middle of my service period and so I called first thing (7:15 AM) Tuesday to reschedule. The woman I spoke with as again incredibly cordial and friendly, apologized repeatedly for putting me on hold and making me wait, no problem getting rescheduled until 1PM. The plumber who came out arrived in the middle of the scheduled service period. They call at least 30 mins ahead to make you aware they're on their way, which I appreciated. He was polite and appropriately had his COVID-19 mask on and shoe coverings. Took a look at my issue and took pictures to document the work done. One thing I always note is whether companies up-sell me what they can, or level with me. In this case, my HOA had recommended replacing all the shut-offs, plumber said although he'd certainly make more money doing it, he didn't identify a need based on the way the shut offs were operating / what hardware they have by design. I explained that this was recommended by a third party and he took time to walk me through his thinking and demonstrate how shut-offs were functioning. I had to telework during his work and work was done in a considerate way, he didn't make a ton of noise, and work was done within an hour (even with having to disconnect and reinstall the disposal to get to my faucet plumbing). Cost was less than $350 for everything and I couldn't ask for much more in way of customer service or responsiveness. They charged for me for one single hour of labor, and that's it, as I supplied my own faucet. When the plumber left you couldn't even tell he'd been there, super clean. I've only owned my condo for a few years and haven't had to call a plumber before - this was a great experience, definitely a company I'd patronize repeatedly.
