So naturally, I did some research and ended up contacting Zoom Drain. They wrote me back immediately and were able to send out Jeremy Linson to come out and give me a quote, it was a little spendy, but worth it due to his technical proficiency, expedience, and willingness to spread some knowledge, plus I got hooked up with a minor discount! A big shout out and thank you to Zoom Drain and your tech Jeremy, if I have issues in the future you guys will be my first contact! Thanks You

Aw man I was seriously very impressed. Their tech Jordan was just an overall friendly guy, super…read moreknowledgeable, not only answered my questions but was fine with watching them do the pumping. I'm a curious homeowner and I want to be involved on work at my home. We waited for the actual pump truck to arrive but it took only about 20 min. He had the covers up and was assessing how full it was in the meantime. The 2 guys from the pump truck were very friendly. They all work well together. At the end I went over the charges one at a time bc if I'm spending thousands on my home, I want to understand and approve of the numbers. He didn't mind at all. It took about 1.5 hours for the service give or take. They didn't leave a mess behind and our inspection papers will be filed. I can't say enough good things about this company. The office staff messaged me thru my yelp project which sent the convo to my phone via text. Receipt is emailed along with photos. Straightforward. Easy. Simple. One word of advice that if you decide to stay outside to watch and learn and look into the tank to see the before and after you will feel nausuous. I didn't feel it until after when I went back into the house. I won't be eating munch today. Call them for septic needs!!!!

I used these guys in 2005 for a water heater issue and they did a great job then. I would…read moredefinitely hire these folk again. Sunday evening my kitchen and utility room sink started backing up, we figured it to be a simple clog that could be snaked so we made due and I began the annoying process of calling for a plumber on Monday morning. Most places either wanted to charge me as a emergency call or I'd have to wait until Wednesday or even Friday. Then I recalled that we used Mr. Rooter prior and gave them a call, once again it was a great decision, they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. So yesterday Chris arrives and went right to work. While working on our utility room sink the trap broke. Keeping in mind our house is rather older and things break however, rather than complain, add to our bill or put any delay on the work Chris politely excused himself and off to LOWES to purchase a new trap, returned and completed the work. Once the utility room was finished he proceeded to the kitchen and oh heck if for some reason while working on that sink the faucet broke off. Once again no complaints, no owner blame and no delay, he just simply excused himself and off to get a new faucet. When all the work was finished he made sure everything was tidy and made sure all the parts working and we were satisfied. I'd like to actually give an extra atta boy pat on the shoulder to Chris, from start to finish he was polite, quite, neat, informative and professional. He came in with dirt free slip on shoe slippers, explained everything, gave a bid. I approved the bid and to work he went and even through two unforeseen cliches he remained professional and stayed in the bid. I now have these guys in my contacts under plumber so if we should need work done again that I won't think twice I'll just call Mr. Rooter.

They are quick to respond and can schedule quickly. I gave them a 5 star for responsiveness,…read moreprofessional approach and honesty. The Plumber who came to my house to assess the water pressure problem and leaking issue from the tub drain was able to fix it just by tightening the screws for the overflow/drain plug thing ( free of charge). And advised us to get a new shower head, instead of going into my wall and replacing the pipe to the shower head, which the previous 2 company guys told me I needed to do and estimated over $1K to fix it. They also told me to do a water heater flush for another $399 / $425 each company. Mr Rooter's plumber said if Wayer heater is only a year old, we could do it in 3 years. WA state has very good clean water systems. So he saved us over $1K and wasn't trying to sell me something we didn't need. I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. YOU'VE EARNED MY BUSINESS for future calls.

I've had them do quite a lot to my home over the last few months. they installed A/C, some…read moreelectrical outlets in my garage and then a 50A 220V circuit. I'd like to say it all went perfectly smooth but, that would be wrong. there were some hiccups along the way. the A/C didn't play nice with our furnace. they did get it working correctly but, it took an extra day or maybe 2... I don't really recall. communication was excellent through the process and in the end, we were very happy with the work. fast forward a month or so and I officially decided I had enough of not enough outlets in the garage. I got a quote for several things at once (my bad... got serious sticker shock) but, my wife when she guessed at the price was dead on the spot. we had some (not all) of that work done and it was excellent. seriously happy with all of it. next, we got a call from some kind of scheduler so we could get a few things done as part of the [free] contract that was given to us since we had the A/C put in. they came out, flushed the water heater, inspected under the house, faucets, toilets (fixed how one flushes because he was there) and made some recommendations. most of what he was suggesting was serious upsell and I wanted none of that. there were 2 things that I would have agreed to but, we haven't had that done yet. the first item was some leaking outdoor faucets. should be simple and straight forward repair. the other, our dishwasher can create a stinky drain as it is not properly vented. this is where it got weird. we've got custom ONE PIECE counter tops and the part of it that has the sink is L-shaped and pushing 30 Feet long. he wanted to drill it to add the baffle to the drain for the dishwasher. I wasn't comfortable with that really expensive counter top being drilled and asked for some kind of alternative. he refused stating that code stated it HAS to go through the countertop. hum... I need to look into it and see if that's accurate. there were some other little things along that adventure that I didn't appreciate but, not important enough to write it out in this really long review. lastly and most importantly is why they still got a 5-star review from me in spite of that [what felt to me like a disastrous] plumbing adventure. when the 220V circuit was added to my garage I wasn't happy in the least. I called them up, expressed my concern and they made time to come out and look and also to talk to me about it. Need to be really clear that the work was not done in any way that could be even remotely unsafe, that wasn't the problem. they listened to what I had to say, understood my position and then they took care of it right on the spot even though it required removing and redoing the whole job. I can seriously get behind a company that will stand behind their work in this fashion. you could say it was kind of the same thing when the A/C didn't initially work. they didn't give up, and now we've got good A/C.

I hired Harts Services for a bathroom sink that would not drain. Unfortunately, what should have…read morebeen a relatively straightforward plumbing issue turned into an expensive and frustrating experience. When the technician arrived, he did not initially inspect or attempt to unclog the sink. Instead, he immediately went into our crawl space and, after approximately 15 minutes, returned with a quote of $27,000 to replace plumbing underneath our home. We were stunned and declined. The technician then began reducing the scope and price, almost like negotiating with a used-car salesman. We eventually agreed to approximately $5,400 to replace up to 35 feet of galvanized water piping with PEX and replace bathroom ABS drain piping. Afterward, I contacted other plumbers and learned that we were paying at the high end for this type of work. When I attempted to cancel, Harts informed me that because we had signed the contract, we were locked in. What disappointed me most, however, was the quality of workmanship and lack of attention to detail. After the crew completed the job and left, I turned on the bathroom sink--the very reason I had called them--and it still would not drain! The original technician returned and indicated that the crew had not followed his instructions. They had to schedule another visit three days later to finally resolve the issue. Additionally, faucet aerators throughout our home became clogged with debris following the work, requiring us to remove and clean them ourselves. For nearly $5,400, I would expect a plumbing company to verify that everything was functioning properly before leaving. Since the repairs, we have also experienced increasingly frequent gurgling in our sinks when running the dishwasher, in our bathtub and shower when running the washing machine, and occasionally when flushing the toilet. These symptoms raise concerns about a possible unresolved drainage or venting issue. When I recently contacted Harts about these ongoing problems, I was told I would have to pay another service fee for them to investigate because they did not consider the issues related to their previous work. My biggest complaint is not simply the high price--it is that the quality of service, communication, and follow-through did not justify what we paid. The original problem was not resolved on the first visit, basic fixture checks appeared to have been overlooked, and now we are experiencing additional plumbing problems that the company is unwilling to investigate without another charge. I understand that quality plumbing work can be expensive, and I am willing to pay for it. However, premium pricing should come with premium workmanship and customer service, and that was not my experience with Harts Services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage homeowners to obtain multiple estimates and consider smaller, reputable local plumbing companies before committing to expensive repairs
