Firstly, they do not have set business hours. (Sends texts very late, sometimes after 11pm!) Insists on full access to personal computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but cannot tell you when it will be needed (and could interrupt you if you happen to be using it when they need it). Insists on re-doing all the work of any previous professional bookkeeper going back to the beginning of your company, even if already completely reconciled and filed with IRS (a nightmare for my poor tax preparer!) Continually looks for more and more erroneous work while refusing to do any of the tasks initially agreed to. Absolutely insists/obsesses on combing through and changing all previous entries no matter how old. Initially said it would take two days--that became four weeks--which then became an indefinite amount of time, for work I did not want or ask for. Wants random $500 checks sent as his "retainers" but will not give you a timeline or even a vague estimate of the scope of work involved (even after having access to your books for over a month). His only explanation is "Trust me, I'm a professional...and keep sending those checks!" When confronted about any of the above issues, sends email saying "You can't fire me, I quit" like a child having a tantrum. Very bizarre and unprofessional experience. A total loss for me.

We got amazing work books, a cute little gift, breakfast, lunch, snacks and a happy hour after. The trainers- LINDA! I highlight Linda because she was engaging, she asked if we understood things, had questions and overall opened up to us. She was a great instructor. We had I believe 2 others... ALL were phenomenal but Linda left a lasting impression on me! I had questions and Linda took the time to answer! She also relied on her colleagues for collaboration and that showed that she was team oriented. I highly recommend! Great atmosphere and super sweet, progressional individuals who support this business.
