I haven't received my orthotic yet (and not really sure I'm going to get one since they can't return a phone call to answer questions) so can't comment on that, but seeing as they are terrible at business tasks, I have to assume they're terrible at their core function as well. If the problem is the office manager as other reviews have suggested, that person is reflecting poorly on everything about the company.

I am reminded at nearly every moment of the day STILL that I had a hip replacement. He claimed my replacement was such a perfect fit that it appeared to be "made for me" exactly. He sent me down the referral gauntlet, I've had countless injections, my liver is now in crisis from the medications I have taken to try to relieve my pain, no Drs will touch his work because "he's the best of the best," it has literally been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I'd gone for the hip replacement because I had dysplasia, lots of arthritis, and it was locking up on me trying to carry my infant daughter down the stairs and I was terrified I'd fall with her. I had gotten the surgery hoping I'd be able to be a more active mother, but it had the opposite effect. It has taken such a toll on my mental, emotional and physical health. He only looked at an xray and spent 10 minutes with me at my consult before he decided I was "a perfect candidate for a Total Hip Replacement." I trusted him because of his reputation. With the research I've done since, I believe he should have NEVER considered putting my body through the procedure considering I was breastfeeding (up until I was wheeled to the Operating Room) AND the fact that women's bodies, especially the hip area need time to recover from Childbirth...the ligaments and structure need time to heal. I believe this is malpractice, greed and carelessness on Dr. Boone's part. I caution anyone, especially women from letting him or his robot operate on you. I think I was one of 7 robotic replacements he performed that day. It took me 3 days to leave the hospital and I was in incredible pain.

He said the people were excellent, well trained and would fix the issue for me. I went in for a consult and was cautiously optimistic. They measured my leg and ordered a brace that they said would fit me much better than my previous one and felt I'd be able to get back to skiing, walking, Pilates and tennis with this particular brace. They were right! This brace is made to really fit, and not slide around while you're training or competing. I love it! Hanger Clinic changed my life! "He (Dr. Lee) is an expert in his field and believes in multiple modalities in the treatment of injuries" I find Dr. Lee is more than an expert. He adds to his expertise by his positive and friendly personality and demonstrating that he truly cares about you as his patient. However, most importantly, he does not prejudge your condition. He actually listens to what you explain and then treats to your individual pain and needs. I am 60 years young, an aggressive skier and instructor, I love to participate in boot camp, lift weights, jog, golf, hike, etc. Under his care, I believe, Dr. Lee will help me return to participating in the things I love to do. The nurse decided to leave me off the schedule with a promise to call back with how to move forward. (That was three days ago). I believe this is an indication of a subpar standard of care. This does not inspire confidence when considering who to entrust with an already damaged spine. If you are incapable of following through with a call back or with scheduling an appt without incident... How will these nurses respond if an adverse reaction happens after a procedure? Will I be told I'm over reacting?... Will anyone even decide to call me back? Not willing to stick around and find out. Trusting my gut on this one.

My right hand became so painful surgery was the only option. Dr. Guyette did the surgery on my right hand and there was no comparision with the surgery and recovery. Just 8 weeks later I'm using my right hand again and the pain is gone. I cannot reccomend Dr. Guyette enough. He is an excellent surgeon, explains everything very well and has a great personality!

I went in for two treatments~ 6 weeks apart and was told that Dr. Curda was applying "Beetle Juice." The results of these two treatments was a lot of pain with no gain plus $458.24. I went back to Kaiser and was fortunate to get the right Dr. this time who prescribed me Fluorouracil 5%. The results were a complete success with no pain and all gain. Hope this helps someone else.
