I called Spokane VALLEY ENT (this one) and they got me in in a week and a half. They are absolutely fabulous, I highly recommend Spokane VALLEY ENT. If you're in the city of Spokane, Spokane VALLEY ENT is worth the drive.

Waited months to be seen, went to this clinic a total of 4 times and saw 2 different doctors. Had…read moresevere itching in my ear canals and couldn't get an answer as to what was going on. Dr. Falco was nice, cleaned out my ears each appointment but only prescribed me ear drops that did not work. At the second appointment, he didn't really know what else to do so I switched to see Dr. Van Buren. Van Buren was the worst doctor I've seen in 15 years. Bad attitude and wouldn't help me. When I described how intense the itching was and that I couldn't help it, he told me he can prescribe anxiety medication....so let me get this straight. Instead of fixing the problem , you want me to mask the symptom and just take anxiety medication? Unbelievable. I've never been more angry in a split second than that. Completely dismissive and rude. The second appointment I had with him, he didn't clean my ears, spent 5 minutes with me and told me to keep using the ear drops that haven't been working. $100 for that appointment for him to do NOTHING. I asked what he thought was going on since no one had told me. He said he thinks it's eczema and that he sees thousands of patients with this every year so I should listen to him. Yet what he's been doing hasn't helped me at all. What a quack. Completely incompetent. I was done with that pathetic excuse of a doctor and clinic then scheduled with Spokane ENT in downtown. The doctor at the downtown location was wonderful. Prescribed me a medication that helped then gave me a referral to an allergist who was able to completely get rid of the eczema. After 1 appointment. Do better Van Buren. If you hate your job this much then leave. I actively tell people to stay away from you and this practice.

Where do I even start . This place moved in I was so excited to have a doctor so close but this…read moreplace has failed miserably !!These doctors apparently don't like to work. They're only there two or three days a week so when you need prescriptions filled or sent over you're waiting a week till the doctor comes back from the little vacation for your prescriptions to even be sent over to the pharmacy as they don't check their prescriptions that need to be signed . .Then-you have to wait for them to be filled . By that time now, my special-needs daughter doesn't have medication she needs and she's going like 5 to 7 days without her meds from being refilled .it's absolutely ridiculous .I had gone in personally three times to this place to tell them to please send my medication and called 3 times also , but they couldn't do it because the doctor wasn't in and she couldn't sign the prescription. Time to get new doctors that actually wanna work and help people . One of the NP that I was seeing personally was never there so I asked to switch to the other doctor and they told me she couldn't take me at this time . (Probably cause she's never there)I personally have two cancers I'm fighting my daughter is special needs so there's lots of medication that needs to be sent when she needs them . My daughter currently is going five days without her meds because they sent 14 days of meds in and now they are holding my other meds hostage telling me I have to make another appointment in order to get her other half of medication it's ridiculous especially since we just saw her on the TeleMed 14 days prior to her needing more meds . Are you kidding me ..Such an absolute disappointment in this specific medical facility and their doctors . I highly suggest you take the drive to Coeur d'Alene or Sandpoint find a better doctor because these ones don't wanna work or help . They must be part time doctors , that's the consensus I'm getting from other Northwest facilities as I've spoken to MANY doctors in Northwest specialty hospital and have said they're hearing from a lot of other patients and staff that this place has failed ! Get your shit together! People come to you for Care if you can't give them the care that they deserve then get out of the field or retire and let someone who actually wants to care for patients help them . Either way they suck go somewhere else if you're looking for quality care this isn't it! Horrible , Horible , Horible patient care ! I received this today what a joke this place is let's not mention the amount of times I had contacted them nicely to get something done also had gone in three times for the same thing and they still didn't do it right .I have had some amazing doctors as I have a lot of medical issues and my daughter was 14 ounces when she was born so needless to say this isn't my first rodeo ! We needed medical care that was consistent and available and we both need our prescriptions .You should never just stop Vyvanse or Wellbutrin and keep going back on and off of it . Only when I ended up getting nasty with them did they even listen( Hence the letter ) I don't know if it's the doctors. I don't know if it's the staff, or the lack of horrible communication, but the quality of care is subpar at best! BEWARE this is not a place for people that need actual medical care and doctors that care . And I make no apologies to these people for the way I acted or what I said because I don't speak idiot! I am a mama bear and when you screw with me or my family we're gonna have problems. If anybody should be apologizing, it should be the facility and the doctors for not doing their job or following proper standard of care !
