I'd been tested and x-rayed and CT'd and no one could figure out why the cough wouldn't go away. Dr. Gardner gave me an injection that stopped the cough almost immediately (within 36 hours)! I have severe allergies that cause me all sorts of sinus issues all year round, but this cough was the longest I've ever had. I've had a couple other things come up and Dr. Gardner has been great. He's intelligent, personable, responsive and a fantastic doctor, I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Falco was nice, cleaned out my ears each appointment but only prescribed me ear drops that did not work. At the second appointment, he didn't really know what else to do so I switched to see Dr. Van Buren. Van Buren was the worst doctor I've seen in 15 years. Bad attitude and wouldn't help me. When I described how intense the itching was and that I couldn't help it, he told me he can prescribe anxiety medication....so let me get this straight. Instead of fixing the problem , you want me to mask the symptom and just take anxiety medication? Unbelievable. I've never been more angry in a split second than that. Completely dismissive and rude. The second appointment I had with him, he didn't clean my ears, spent 5 minutes with me and told me to keep using the ear drops that haven't been working. $100 for that appointment for him to do NOTHING. I asked what he thought was going on since no one had told me. He said he thinks it's eczema and that he sees thousands of patients with this every year so I should listen to him. Yet what he's been doing hasn't helped me at all. What a quack. Completely incompetent. I was done with that pathetic excuse of a doctor and clinic then scheduled with Spokane ENT in downtown. The doctor at the downtown location was wonderful. Prescribed me a medication that helped then gave me a referral to an allergist who was able to completely get rid of the eczema. After 1 appointment. Do better Van Buren. If you hate your job this much then leave. I actively tell people to stay away from you and this practice.

He has been seeing my 20 month old for the last 9 months. Every visit she has left smiling. She is talked to, not spoken over. He listens & answers every question. Is sure to respond to every concern to make sure we are comfortable. The office is always quick to get us seen, easy to schedule with, very clean and staff are always friendly. I had questions about the referral and about the procedure this guy wanted to do and he totally flipped out and told me he felt like I didn't wanna be there and ya know what, he's right, I wanted to see a specialist due to my concerns and 3 previous surgeries done at Harborview, and didn't want him sticking a camera down my nose without first seeing and knowing how much metal is in my nose and face. He made me feel like I was beneath him but refused to provide me with a copy of the recording I consented to at the beginning of the visit. I did not go there for a procedure I was there for the first time to see a specialist. Bottom line, I'm extremely disappointed in Spokane Ear Nose and Throat and would Never visit them in the future. I'll just keep driving to Seattle and see my very caring knowledgeable Dr. A.J. Amadi even if my insurance doesn't cover it. I'd rather be taken care of than be treated like I'm a burden or have my questions & concerns answered with knowledgeable answers and care, rather than either not answer or make excuses or degrade me for even asking. I hope all your doctors aren't like this ARNP that's all I can say.
