Dr. Gardner is AMAZING and I am so blessed to have found him! I first came in after coughing for…read moreover three months. I'd been tested and x-rayed and CT'd and no one could figure out why the cough wouldn't go away. Dr. Gardner gave me an injection that stopped the cough almost immediately (within 36 hours)! I have severe allergies that cause me all sorts of sinus issues all year round, but this cough was the longest I've ever had. I've had a couple other things come up and Dr. Gardner has been great. He's intelligent, personable, responsive and a fantastic doctor, I recommend him to everyone!

I had questions about the referral and about the procedure this guy wanted to do and he totally flipped out and told me he felt like I didn't wanna be there and ya know what, he's right, I wanted to see a specialist due to my concerns and 3 previous surgeries done at Harborview, and didn't want him sticking a camera down my nose without first seeing and knowing how much metal is in my nose and face. He made me feel like I was beneath him but refused to provide me with a copy of the recording I consented to at the beginning of the visit. I did not go there for a procedure I was there for the first time to see a specialist. Bottom line, I'm extremely disappointed in Spokane Ear Nose and Throat and would Never visit them in the future. I'll just keep driving to Seattle and see my very caring knowledgeable Dr. A.J. Amadi even if my insurance doesn't cover it. I'd rather be taken care of than be treated like I'm a burden or have my questions & concerns answered with knowledgeable answers and care, rather than either not answer or make excuses or degrade me for even asking. I hope all your doctors aren't like this ARNP that's all I can say. Update: I was suppose to talk with the manager Kay Perry but I decided not to drive the 40 mile round trip in to possibly not be seen so I left a voicemail for her and for Patrick her boss but they of course did Not return my calls so I'll update if I hear from them however; I believe they won't contact me as this seems like a very dysfunctional medical facility. I'm positive there are fabulous doctors there unfortunately I was seen by an extremely unprofessional man who has issues with women. Update: Patrick Schmidt did call back and told me I'd need an order from a judge to get a copy of the recording of the visit I had which I believe is against HIPPA however I called my attorney for clarification. Geez these people have gone nuts! Oh well I'll Never Ever recommend Spokane ENT to anyone, especially women.

The next available appt would be another 3 months from now. If you have an option to go somewhere else, do it! These doctors are the worst!!!!!
