One of the manager's is really nice to guests and always offers to help if you don't want anything from the case. The workers are all ok. Some of the older staff move slower than molasses when helping you. They're all nice but when it takes 20 minutes to get a pound of chocolate it is a time management thing because really what the slower ones are doing is being busy bodies and listening to everyone else's conversation and giving advice when they should really be focused on their guests. Anyway initially the manager came and hustled to clean it up but then for the next 20 minutes while my box was being built pointed out EVERYTHING each individual thing that was ruined or had to be cleaned. Meanwhile the poor girl was helping customers but her lip was quivering and her eyes were watering as she was in the verge of tears. Being in HR i talked to her and told her accidents happen . I would have coached the manager on proper addressing of accidents but she went in the back... probably upset and angry. Do better. Be better as a manager to people when accidents happen.
