I've used D&J before and liked their work so I went back. They got me in quickly and began working on my car. They could not find the reported problem but rather then sending me on my way they also inspected the other wheels incase the problem was in a different location. No stripped threads found. My air conditioner was causing the noise... go figure! My husband & I are both Veterans & with nowhere else to turn we reached out to a few Veteran hardship programs. With it being December many of them had already spent their funds for the year. One answered back and told us to get a few quotes. We went to a few places Draves being one of them. We filled Draves in & they did everything they could to help us get the cost down. After getting the quotes back to several Veteran organizations we had to wait almost 2 months to get a full approval & Draves had no issues just having us keep our vehicle there that whole time. Most car places will make you tow it off their lot. Before we were fully approved to get the car fixed, our family van's brakes went almost out. Draves helped us get that taken care of & even gave my husband a loaner car to get his running around done, while the brakes were being fixed. It was an extremely stressful time for my family & Draves did everything they could to take a bit of the stress off. We can't recommend them enough.

Boy was I wrong, after purchasing I found I could get battery for $60. less from Bay City warehouse or if I could have waited for my shop to get one for $60. less also. Buyer beware, shame on me for not price shopping as I was in a errand running mode. Called to discuss high price next day and they were proud of their price gouge so my advice is don't buy your batteries here.
