I asked them to transfer that one only as I did not need it yet. They filled it anyway and text me over and over and over to come pick up my prescription that was ready. I finally called and told them I would pick up in a couple weeks when needed. Today I tried calling about a new prescription, the lady who answered was quite rude. I called back to speak directly with the pharmacist, I was put on hold for 7 1/2 minutes then hung up on. I called right back and was never connected with the pharmacist, after another 5 1/2 minutes of holding, I hung up. Needless to say, tomorrow I will have a new drug store. Please do not use this pharmacy if you want to be treated with respect and decency.

I've never been to this one until last month, when my hubby needed a COVID test to return to work. We scheduled ahead of time online but were running super late as I had just got off work and was already fighting traffic - add an accident to that and we were really behind. I called before even leaving our apartment, letting them know the situation. I can't speak on the retail staff, but the pharmacy staff was really nice and said they would still take us when we got there with an ETA of about 10-15 minutes. When we arrived, unfortunately, we ended up stuck in the drive-thru line behind about ten cars or so. We decided to just wait it out and see if they would still take us. We would've just gone inside if it was for anything other than a COVID test. By the time we got up to the front, it had to have been about 5:30. So we were like 45 minutes late or so at this point, as opposed to the projected (already late) time of 5:00. The gentleman who greeted us at the drive-thru counter behind the glass was not going to accept us at first. Thankfully after explaining that we called ahead and were stuck behind an accident and stuck in the pharmacy line, he and his co-workers decided to still help us and process my hubby's test that evening. We were so thankful, considering they didn't have to. From there the rest went smoothly. My hubby self-administered the rapid molecular ID now test and got his results in less than an hour, very quickly (and thankfully, negative!) The results were emailed to us without issue, just like the other locations do. We have no complaints with this Walgreens as a test site and were very thankful for the compassionate staff that still got us in, so my hubby could get back to work. We would come here again for testing if need be and recommend it to you if you need one and are in the area. So far Walgreens as a whole has been my favorite business to COVID test with as the process is generally smooth and results are quick!

We stopped by this location from our way from the panhandle to home in Alabama. One of the folks from our party caught a bug of some kind at DisneyWorld so was battling a cough and sore throat. Since we were passing through LaGrange (which we come time to time anyway, for the Korean restaurants) via 27, we saw this convenient location and went in. Saw our trusty Mucinex DM and grabbed it - also saw a CVS generic so grabbed one of each. We went by one of the two self-checkout kiosks just to remember cough medicine requires ID. It was a fairly empty store at 8:30pm on a weekday, so when that screen popped up, we started scouting for a staff who fortunately was nearby and jogged over. My dad of past-retirement age proudly presented his ID just in case staff thought he looked underage. Nevertheless, checkout was quick and easy!

The medication is given to the cat orally and the flavoring helps mask the taste. The pharmacy called almost immediately after the veterinarian called it in. They could have it ready for pickup Monday the 13th. I prepaid over the phone so I could just run in and grab it. When I arrived I decided to look around the store. Inside they had a section for soda fountain and candy, a gift and sport fan item section, some locally made items. At the back of the store is the pharmacy, and it has an outside drive thru option. The pharmacy had my cats prescription ready to go. Items I noticed which I feel a business should keep up on since it is something a customer sees before ever entering. The outside had quite a few weeds. The handicap spot had a big pile of dirt in it which when it rains would be mud. A nice little pharmacy overall. Friendly employees who were very helpful.

Not only are their prescription prices MUCH lower, their customer service is outrageously good. AND you get an email when your prescription is ready. Everyone that I've encountered in the pharmacy there has been awesome. As opposed to the tomfoolery that goes on at my local CVS.
