I called Cyber Cloud in Griffin the next day and they had the same pack of coils for about $15 less! Granted you can't beat their selection in the surrounding areas but unless you want to be a victim of highway robbery I highly suggest trying other stores for much cheaper prices. Sometimes their e-juices are $5 more than other stores. Having a good selection is no excuse for seriously over charging their customers.

I wen by and spoke with them all. We were able to sit down and casually speak about what happened and our shared feelings on customer service. Robert explained that he even reviewed what had happened that day and saw what I saw. This not only made him concerned, but also had him and his staff jump to action. That's why I received an email that same even. I stayed and spoke with Dave even longer. I got a higher education on vaping and mods, but I have an ability to get further education on my future with vaping. What did they get out of the experience? They have a long time customer. Here's to me vaping longer and building mods within their shop. I think that I was fluke customer, on a fluke day that we all had a learning curve on. I'd rather go to Mcdonough vape or Voodoo Vape and spend my money. These are places where you are actually treated like a customer and given good hospitality.
