There were only two ladies working the line and let me say they got it down fast. One was on the register and the other was hustling making sandwiches, toasting them, and topping them. I wanted a spicy Italian and it was the neatest sub put together I've ever seen. Toppings held together well after the cut and all. I always have a heap of toppings as well to ensure my monies worth. The day crew seems to be very good at preparing sandwiches the way Subway would like.. that does not apply, however to the night crew. She could not figure out how to ring it up so that I could use Apple Pay. This particular restaurant is owned by franchisee that has several around the Griffin Georgia area, and it is apparent that this particular franchisee does not give consideration to customer service because the other stores are just as bad or worse than this. My recommendation is that if you want a Subway sandwich, go during the lunch hour, but if you want Subway for supper run as far away from this restaurant as possible and find somebody else..

I believe it was the owners who served us, and they were efficient, made accurate and tasty sandwiches, they were engaging and friendly, even recommended putting on certain condiments to enhance the meal (and they were right!). We will definitely try them again. The store was clean and we enjoyed our meal with our daughter and grandchildren there.
