There were only two ladies working the line and let me say they got it down fast. One was on the register and the other was hustling making sandwiches, toasting them, and topping them. The day crew seems to be very good at preparing sandwiches the way Subway would like.. that does not apply, however to the night crew. I knew we were in trouble when this boy came from around in back to take our order. This boy is completely lacking in any social, graces politeness, friendliness, or professionalism in anyway whatsoever.and the young lady that followed him out from the back was nicer, but very short, very curt, and apparently was mystified by the cash register when we finally got our sandwiches, which took a grand total of about 14 minutes for 2 6 inch sandwiches. She could not figure out how to ring it up so that I could use Apple Pay. This particular restaurant is owned by franchisee that has several around the Griffin Georgia area, and it is apparent that this particular franchisee does not give consideration to customer service because the other stores are just as bad or worse than this. I believe it was the owners who served us, and they were efficient, made accurate and tasty sandwiches, they were engaging and friendly, even recommended putting on certain condiments to enhance the meal (and they were right!). We will definitely try them again. The store was clean and we enjoyed our meal with our daughter and grandchildren there.
