Their animals come directly from reputable breeders, including many from reptile expos, and the staff provides accurate information on proper care. They have a great variety of reptiles (my little "dinosaurs" as I call them) and other unique pets. I purchased two different species of jumping spiders from them, and both have been thriving. Compared to one I bought from another location, the difference has been amazing. They're active, healthy, and one of them even enjoys walking onto my hand. If you're looking for healthy animals, knowledgeable staff, and quality supplies, I highly recommend checking this place out!

What good is filling out the lengthy forms & sending Rx's in the original Rx bottle (that has instructions on it) if they dont follow instructions?! They accidentally sent Their pill pack home with my dogs things. They hand wrote the WRONG dosage on it & didnt have the correct pills in it for that night or the next day. They blocked me on FB, not a good sign of them taking responsibility at the end of the day. I'm pretty sure B&B is ghosting me. They need to make things right & reimburse me for Vet bills that were the result of Their mistakes.

We really hate when she needs to be boarded, because she is a pretty obstinate indoor-outdoor kitty and has no qualms about showing her displeasure when locked in small spaces for any length of time. One of the reasons these folks caught my eye is that they have nice big rooms available for only a few more dollars a day compared to the ubiquitous "cat condo". And while a 4x8 foot space is still kitty prison, at least there is room for impatient pacing. The girls I talked to were very friendly, kept the kennel spotless, and did their part to make the kitty feel at home. They didn't seem to have much of a crowd in residence at the time, but mid-September isn't exactly the peak of vacation season. We opted to bring our own food since the princess is picky, and the room had space for a couple of her personal items (not that those made her any happier about this adventure). Those bonuses and the extra attention she was able to coax out of the staff seemed to keep her stress level at bay. As is usually the case, she didn't speak to us (except to say things that would translate in to four-letter words in any human language) for a few days after picking her up. But she is definitely no worse for wear- no post-kennel PTSD or newfound distrust of the humans.

She has high anxiety, and though she hates being taken there, once she settles in she is very happy. She has a fair sized room to hang out in, with no dogs around to stress her. She has a window to look out, and kind, regular caretakers. However, now I find out they are suddenly closing - I had reservations this summer (2018), but they are closing in the next couple of weeks - permanently! I am very sad and upset about this, as there are no other comparable places nearby that take only cats, or have a cats-only building, except one place that is $39 a day!! Who can afford that?! Anyway, I wish someone would buy the Catnap Inn and keep it open!!

The staff was extremely compassionate and helped us have a quiet, private time with him as he passed on. Now we have two young rescued dogs who benefit from their gentle care and are quick to recommend natural remedies when appropriate instead of medications, etc. They are patient with our pups, and with me, and listen to my concerns and answer my many questions. (I also like the fact that cats enter the office on a separate side from the dogs' area so my pups don't react with their usual craziness.) I highly recommend you give them a try.
