Stopped by here on our way home to San Diego. I was dressed in my driving clothes...you…read moreknow...comfortable for our 8hr drive. Lol Anyways, we made a stop at Starbuck's for coffee and to gas up next door when we saw a sign for children's Hunter Rainboots on sale, posted out front. I decided to walk inside and check it out while hubby got us coffee and the kids food. I guess I was expecting friendly service since the majority of the items were on the higher end. But as soon as I walked in, the two little girls working there intentionally ignored me even though I made eye contact. Neither one of them asked if I needed help and made themselves busy with the ONE white customer. I'm not stupid, I know when someone is being racist. So I walked out and took my money elsewhere. I mean c'mon...it's a wannabe high end clothing store situated in a strip mall between Starbucks and a gas station (pssshhh) I can get the same items, if not better and for less at Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom since I'm a preferred customer. So much for supporting a local mom and pop.

Unfortunately when he gave them to me, I discovered they were youth sizes haha. As we live more south I couldn't easily return them, so I contacted the store via their website and Gareth reached out to me via email and then later text. He graciously texted me similar hats but in the correct sizes and then mailed them to me! It was such an easy transaction and I really appreciated the customer service. This is why I will forever frequent and support Mammoth Shirt Company whether from home or when we visit! Also everything we have ever bought has held up great for the price. Can't beat their quality! Thank you again, Gareth!! I really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

(which btw is Not indicated in the receipt) Another new policy: you have to leave your purse on the counter outside the dressing room! To top it off, there is the rudest store manager (Laura) who came into the dressing room while I was undressed to yell not to put the "merchandise" on the floor while I'm trying things on! Next day that I wanted to exchange one item, not only she did not help me find something else, but she just kept on asking "but you tried it on yesterday at the store why did u change ur mind"! She would even let me touch the jeans on the bottom of the pile (to check sizes) so she doesn't have to refold them! And the rudeness kept going. NEVER AGAIN!!

He was making it seem like we were going to steal something. I stood next to the keychains for about five minutes, and when I walked away, he went over there and counted every single keychain trying to make it seem like I pocketed one.
