No bumper plates or lifting platform, but plenty of room to move around. There was also an adequately sized area for stretching, which I used for crossfit-style kettlebell and bodyweight workouts. The view from the hot tub was so amazing, the sky and lake were so relaxing, children were ice skating, birds were playing in a bush. I must have had the largest smile on my face!
