Twenty minutes later he unboxed the new A/C and pushed it into the wall. Power cord for the unit was on the wrong side so he wrapped it over the top. No insulation, no check to see if level. Told my husband he would address the shoddy install once we moved. He was also an hour late. The unit now bangs like a dresser drawer being kicked shut when it goes into cool mode. The Wall actually shakes hard. My husband had to purchase and install tape to cover up the gap since the frame is no longer flush with the wall. Typical of the work around here.

The manager here acts like he is doing you a favor. He does provide service but with much prodding…read more He is very rude and argumentative almost as though he wants to debate you and forgets you are paying his salary by renting there. Reminds you of the repairs he makes as though he is looking for you to tip him. Very unprofessional. I will be glad when my lease is up. Too much money for the washers and dryers which constantly break down and for the amenities or lack of them I should say. No dishwashers, stoves are outdated and you are fortunate if they all work. Metal stove plates rusted and obviously have been minimally cleaned. You can say the management here doesn't even squeeze the mighty dollar. Spring for some new stove plates dude!

We voiced our desire to move into a bigger apartment to Darlene (property manager) and within the next day we had our keys to our new 2 bedroom apartment! They are spacious, and you definitely get your money's worth. Maintenance is 24/7 and always reliable. I do wish they would upgrade the buildings- but that's the only complaint. It is a very quiet community. We've never had any issues with the building, neighbors, or staff.

They truly are the best around and the best for the money and are actually at a lower rate then they should be charging people because of all the things they do for you and offer you as a renter.

The thing I disliked most was that as soon as we walked into the building you could smell what everyone was cooking and there seemed to be little to no ventilation. I know that is fairly common in apartment complexes, but I still disliked it a bit. They have a nice pool and club house.
