They lied about things like holding an apartment for a given fee. They were eager to get your money but do no follow through on what they say about holding an apartment even after you give them the money to do that. They are very argumentative, they have zero patience, they lie about things, and they will not let you even let you fonish talking. They work as a team to give you the cuatomer a sense that you are not worth their time, but your money is. On a scale of 0-10 in customer service they rate at negative10. I am so disgusted with how the staff in the leasing office at Woodscape Apartments run this business. In a nutshell both were rude, deceitful, and don't belong in a place dealing with people.

The ceilings are breaking and cracking through, and the stove has been broken for almost a year but they have not cared to repair. On the move in inspection we informed management that our shower head was broken... but did anyone think to come look? Exactly right, NO. They didn't. Y'all think I just haven't showered?? On top of spending a bookoo amount of money for rent alone, I have to do all the repairs and spend more of my money?? Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider this neglectful place.
