When you place a work order usually you have to call about it several times before someone comes which may be weeks or months. If it's an emergency as in heat or air they will come more quick. The most annoying thing about living here is they will tow your vehicle for ANY reason or NO reason at all. We have had 2 vehicles towed since living here and I see them towing all throughout the day every day. They do not give a notice or simply a call to give you a warning or to move your vehicle. They are heartless individuals. The apartments are outdated. No new fixtures or appliances, carpet throughout and cheap flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The space isn't sound proof. You will hear any everything from the people living above you. There is not much of a playground for children. No slides, no benches for adults, what they do have isn't well kept. When we first moved in I thought they were the best in town. Now I would say stay away. Seek other options.

The ceilings are breaking and cracking through, and the stove has been broken for almost a year but they have not cared to repair. On the move in inspection we informed management that our shower head was broken... but did anyone think to come look? Exactly right, NO. They didn't. Y'all think I just haven't showered?? On top of spending a bookoo amount of money for rent alone, I have to do all the repairs and spend more of my money?? Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider this neglectful place.
