We have lived here over 3 years but cannot wait to move out. The office employees are never…read morefriendly, they never answers the phone when you call. When you place a work order usually you have to call about it several times before someone comes which may be weeks or months. If it's an emergency as in heat or air they will come more quick. The most annoying thing about living here is they will tow your vehicle for ANY reason or NO reason at all. We have had 2 vehicles towed since living here and I see them towing all throughout the day every day. They do not give a notice or simply a call to give you a warning or to move your vehicle. They are heartless individuals. The apartments are outdated. No new fixtures or appliances, carpet throughout and cheap flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The space isn't sound proof. You will hear any everything from the people living above you. There is not much of a playground for children. No slides, no benches for adults, what they do have isn't well kept. When we first moved in I thought they were the best in town. Now I would say stay away. Seek other options.

The only negative thing I have to say is the terrible roach infestation that management will not…read moreproperly take care of. Manager "Melissa" was very rude and defensive when notified about the infestation.. (10/20/26) She insisted that the exterminators come every 2 weeks. But the issue is all of the cracks and holes that maintenance doesn't properly seal... (in walls, water pipes, and water heater..) it's BAD. Having someone caulk and seal holes would help the issue immensely. Unfortunately the county will have to be notified as this is an ongoing issue from what I'm seeing in other reviews.. (years worth.) Hopefully they can have someone step in to take over managing the complex before someone gets sick.

The apartments look nice enough from the outside. I did tour one apartment and it was clean and…read morespacious. However, it was very stressful to talk to the 2 women in the leasing office. They lied about things like holding an apartment for a given fee. They were eager to get your money but do no follow through on what they say about holding an apartment even after you give them the money to do that. They are very argumentative, they have zero patience, they lie about things, and they will not let you even let you fonish talking. They work as a team to give you the cuatomer a sense that you are not worth their time, but your money is. On a scale of 0-10 in customer service they rate at negative10. I am so disgusted with how the staff in the leasing office at Woodscape Apartments run this business. In a nutshell both were rude, deceitful, and don't belong in a place dealing with people.
