Not one shred of fiberglass or debris was left after their cleanup. On the administrative end, Mary and Rhonda provided the best support imaginable with fast information, quotations, rebate support, and financing. Tried to charge me a fee for looking at my "100% warrantied" system just to tell me that it wasn't their problem and that my thermostat was broken and it was my problem not theirs. After installing a new thermostat, the system still doesn't work. The techs are lazy and their 24/7 service is a joke (only when it's convenient for them). The only reason they get one star is because I can't give them zero. ***BUYER BEWARE*** crooks that take your money and leave you to fend for yourself. They don't stand behind their products or work and will screw you if they get a chance. Reporting to bbb 9/29/2019 Captains Log- As I enter the 72nd hour (3rd day) without A/C, I've left the owner of the company (Jerimy Sweet) voicemails and emails regarding his lazy and inept employees and have received no response. I sincerely hope Mr. Sweet is okay and that he is not sick or drifting alone in space without anyone to hear his cries for help. Much like my requests for help with my 2 month old, lemon of an a/c unit, are going unanswered. As I look toward the positive side of things, looking at my floor, it appears that I have lost roughly 7lbs via water-weight. Despite my hardwoods being newly refinished, they are getting the moisturizing they apparently needed (unquoted opinion of Sweet Comfort). I am very thankful that Mr. Sweet was up to date on my needy floors when I was apparently ignoring them (sorry hardwoods). As I reflect on the same tech who repeatedly told me that the issue was MY thermostat that I installed and then recanted his "expert testimony" the next day claiming that the issue is now the blower motor, I fear that I may never feel the Sweet coolness of a air conditioner that blows like like a $2 hooker just before being offed by Jack the Ripper. Please pray for me and my family's survival while we ironically enjoy our Sweat Comfort in lieu of "Sweet" coolness that we crave so much. How selfish of me :( please stay posted for more updates as the days progress into weeks. 9/30/2019 Captains Log: The time is 1200 hours on the 30th day of September 2019. I have spoken with a friendly lady named Lisa over the phone regarding when my part would be in and was told she'd call me back - that was at 0930 hours of the same day and yet to receive an update. The elusive Sweet species of the genus Jerimy has still yet to surface in the kingdom of my two month old A/C unit. I fear that although I can see the air conditioned island in the distant horizon, my only floatation device (a volleyball named Voit) has a sprung a leak where a rusty piece of fan (presumably from my air handler) nicked the seam just 4 days ago. As I fall back to sleep in my bivouac I have a flashback to my ancestor heros who made sacrifices in Vietnam decades ago and scream out in my sleep "NOT AGAIN"! Stay tuned for more updates. #SweatUncomfortService #SweetLodge #CustomerDiservice

This past Wednesday the leak test was done. Freon has leaked into the pan. I was told the coil would be ordered and they would call with a time to replace. I called this morning to follow up on repair and was advised the local Lennox dealer has a shortage. The owner said he was working on it and would call me around lunch time. I called on a Thursday to schedule routine maintenance on our units. By Friday night our downstairs unit decided to go crazy! I was able to text to se if I could be seen sooner and they came out then next day. Ryan drew a diagram to explain the unit, service in attic and how it works. From there he explained what he suspects is my issue and the plan. He was able to "bandaid" my issue and will be back this week to do an official leak test. I feel confident in this company and like they value customer satisfaction. I was not charged for my visit today and the refill on Freon til they come back. I was so thankful they made the time to fit me Into their schedule on short notice. I highly recommend this company. I will update my review once all diagnostics and work is complett

Rodney Powers came out to talk to me and quote me some prices for a replacement. He called me back the same day to tell me the unit was ordered and when they would start the work. His crew was excellent and very courteous. They went above and beyond anything I experienced the 2 previous times I had to do this. Not only did they install the unit but they also replaced all my duct work and installed a new larger return. Rodney explained the existing return was too small and was most likely the reason my previous units died so soon. They suffocated from lack of ventilation. Neither of the previous companies even checked the return or duct work. It took 3-1/2 days to complete the extensive work. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I will never use any other company. My old units ran all day trying to heat or cool my home. This new unit runs a few minutes and accomplishes the goal.
