The pier was a floating design with a gangplank to get on. I really prefer a solid pier over floating. They are too shaky, in my opinion. No Weber grill, instead one of those odd campground grills, so you are limited in grilling. Pots and pans were good, but plates, bowls and silverware need upgrade. Bowls and plates were plastic, which can't be cleaned adequately and shouldn't be used in the microwave. Good sharp knives. The cabins are on the back end of a weed choked and pretty shallow bay. It's a slow in an out with your motor trimmed way up high. It is very close to the CC north launch, which is a good one. Nice deep ramp. 15-20 minutes from Hayward. We saw a number of deer each night around the cabin.
