Called and requested an estimate to have our house sewer line lined. Don from the Southern division of the company initially called me back and we discussed what was needed, and he asked me to send him my video inspection of my line, and a city contact since the city was the one mandating the fix. I emailed this to him, and followed up with multiple emails and phone calls on attempting to get the estimate. He never called me back, never emailed either. If they weren't able to do the job, that's fine but common courtesy would've been to at least let the customer know. Not a good look. read more
