I've bought several vehicles from this place since 2011 and I've never had a bad car or truck …read more. service is great and they always get me things I need like tires and wiper blades .. out of all models I've driven the Chevy has the fewest repairs and parts replaced .. only vehicle that had the most problems was a Buick I got free once lol had 375,000 miles on it and it was my work car that got me around for a year til she up and died on me , but by then she got another 17,000 miles on it from friends and me and she was laid to rest in my friends junk yard lol ... my cousin bought a suv I bought here and she still has it .. I sold my truck I bought from here and the new owner was shocked why I sold it lol and how clean and well cared for it was .. I just wanted to try a car out again so I bought another car only to bring it here and get another truck this year that a pretty blue one ..I've had many colors in cars but never blue .. might have to put Batman on here somewhere lol

I purchased a used 201w Buick Regal Premium I back in Jam 2018. The Selman and staff seemed nice…read moreand trustworthy. After all it's a dealership, I should be able to trust them, right? I gots good deal, or so I thought. Not so much. Nearly everything they said was wrong - or a lie, I can't be sure. With in a few miles after driving the car off the lot my troubles started. The check engine light can on. I drove it back and had it checked. They found nothing. I took it back again and they said I need a new engine. What? Are they kidding me? Of course I'm stuck with it, buyer beware. No warrantees expressed or implied. I took it to my shop. The engine was basically fine, it needed a transmission. $4500 later it was good to go. So I thought. Over the next year I dumped thousands into this car. I've probably spent a total of nearly $10-11,000 including the purchase. It's nice car. It runs well now. No more problems. But it wasn't worth the good deal I got. Never trust a dealer ever. Do your homework. Get a used car checked independently - no matter what. I'll never do business with Red Wing again.

I am extremely disappointed with this dealership honestly, I'm even disappointed that I have to…read moregive one star. After paying $7000 for the car and agreeing to pay the remaining $1000by March 31, I have been dealing with ongoing issues since day one. The check engine light was on the very first day I got the vehicle. When I brought it back on the second day, instead of properly addressing the problem, I was told not to come back with another issue. Mind you this was only the second day after purchase. A vehicle should not have a check engine light or mechanical problems immediately after being sold, especially when it was described as in good condition. They claimed the issue was fixed, but the same problem came back shortly after. What's even more concerning is that when I later tried to address and made Google reviews , I was threatened over the phone and told they still 'own the car.' This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Buyers, please be careful and do your research before purchasing from them.

It was so nauseating to the point where we were just finding reasons to stand outside from the headache. An individual walks out with a battery starter and brings back the car we had asked to see. The vehicle had little things wrong with it. The little things like a corroded rear view mirror and rusted out rims. But this confused me, as they were simple things that could've been an easy fix.. why wouldn't they have at least done that? The dashboard began to have a Master Warning light randomly after set on for about a minute. The guy then told us that it was because the doors were open and the engine was on.. didn't seem legit. When I tried to ask more general questions like if there was any work done on the vehicle since being in their care, he shrugged me off saying he didn't speak English well. He also didn't seem like he wanted to go for a test drive. Once going back in to speak to the main man, the first thing he did was slap a note with the total amount of the vehicle and the cost of the fees. Not even a hello, not a how are you, not even confirming the car. Once we told him that we actually wanted to look at the other vehicles and named off the two we also wanted to see, he shrugged his shoulders and told us "making my staff go look for it, just too much" and told us to go look for it ourselves and let him know which ones. Even though, we could name which models and what cars we wanted to see. After a second or two of walking around, we turned around and got into our car and left. After arriving home, we looked over the reviews and realized we made a good choice today by not doing business with these people.

White finishing a minor repair/exchange on the interior latch mechanism covered by recall procedure on my Optima, I met Sales manager John Prinzing with the intention of selling them my wife-inherited car for the amount of USD10,000, which Deb thought adequate / fair. After receiving days later a purchase voucher from Inventory Manager Devlin Lowry for USD7,000 and prior to that a phone instant cash offer of USD7,500 from We Buy Cars - Rochester Sell My Car, she still went for more offers engaging CARVANA (USD6,180), PENZ Subaru (USD5,000), and Kelley Blue Book (USD7,132) to which so far, she agreed to none; rather, she's embarking into an online sales adventure of her own with the logical expectation to come even closer to her stated financial goal. I must say she is going to encounter an uphill battle as she takes pictures, enters data via websites such as findcars.com, https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/103941732976595/vehicles/, etc., and converses at any old time with anyone showing the slightest interest in buying. I say: Leave it to the pros, they know what they are doing! So, the first area of my review is also quite simplistic and requires very little explanation, as such WCS: Regular kids play hide and seek and one unfortunately gets trapped in dad's car trunk; they can't get out, locksmith finally solves the problem and back to playing. Couldn't KIA designers in the first place have anticipated that possibility and make it childproof (have you seen some of those meds bottles?), while still usable in a reasonable easy manner? I think so... Anyway, I got my second No-expiration, TKK-complimentary Standard Kwik Trip car wash card, received as customer appreciation gift. Thank you, guys!
