Then shortly after the truck is put into limp mode, again thousands of miles before recommended oil change mileage. I took it to another shop and they tell me that the engine is misfiring so significantly the engine needs replaced. I paid $24,000 for this vehicle and I've barely been able to drive it and am now facing a $12,000 engine replacement. I've reached out numerous times to the dealership for any kind of goodwill and I've been completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from here as they've completely betrayed my trust as a customer. Very disappointing.

I was treated so wonderfully by the service tech. They changed my oil, filter and did the complimentary 29 point inspection. Went to pay and was told everything was complimentary of Joseph. It took less than 45 minutes total. I've NEVER had bad service at Joseph. So all I can say is those who say Joseph stinks are FOS (full of shit). Cashiers were wonderful and the man who checks with people waiting for their cars deserves a raise. PERSONAL service from him is beyond excellent!

The manager Kyle stated that my car just needed to burp! Kyle does not know the different between a timing belt or chain, so make sure you don't ask him any questions about servicing your car. I am now struck with my car having all these problems AFTER they called themselves fixing it. It smells bad, lights are flashing everywhere, now they want $5600 to fit it!!! Not, if and when I get it fixed it will not be by THE THREE STOOOGES!!! AT JOSEPH CHEVROLET ON COLERAIN. AND if you ever go to get an oil change, take breakfast, lunch and dinner! If the diagnostic showed that the problem isn't covered, Shane informed me that I would be "on the hook" for a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR diagnostic fee. After doing a bit of research, I discovered that the average Honda dealership diagnostic fee is $100-200. Superior Honda, also a Jeff Wyler company, charges $220. A $500 diagnostic fee is extortionary and unethical.

One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that.
