A bit weird they had a sign with suggested tip amounts (not percentage) based on how good the service was. I usually ask for hard/heavy pressure because most massage therapists don't apply enough or they think I can't handle it, but I actually had to ask them to go lighter after they finished my back! I would definitely come back when I need another massage.

Walk-ins are accepted, but it is best to book an appointment in advance, either online or by phone. Upon arrival, you are given a short form to fill out, including areas you would like them to focus on and your preferred pressure level. The private massage rooms are clean and comfortable. You lie face down with a sheet covering you, and the therapist adjusts it as needed while working on different areas with oil or lotion. They seem to prefer electronic payments such as Venmo. There is also a water cooler with cups available. Staff: We were greeted right away by a friendly and polite staff member, who gave us clipboards for the intake forms. Massage: I personally had a great experience. My massage therapist, Mel, was skilled and checked in with me a few times during the session. I had requested focus on my back, and she did a thorough job. I especially enjoyed the head massage portion and wished it had lasted longer. Next time, I may try the 90-minute session. The only slightly uncomfortable part for me was the stretching, but that is more due to my lack of flexibility. I do think it was beneficial, so I would keep it in a future session. Client #2 (first massage ever) said she really enjoyed her experience. Client #3 felt there was not enough pressure overall and was a bit disappointed. Overall, I would likely return and request Mel again, as I had a very positive experience with her.

She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The place was also very clean and inviting. I requested firm pressure, and my massage therapist, Anna, was fantastic. She did a great job checking with me in the beginning to make sure the pressure was right, and I really appreciated that she didn't constantly interrupt the massage to ask. She found the areas where I had the most knots and spent extra time working on my back, which was exactly what I needed. The massage was worth every penny. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the entire experience. I will definitely be coming back.

BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD!!!…read more I'm visiting Clovis for a month or two and I am so happy I found this place while googling spas. I've been working out a ton and sleeping badly on a crappy mattress so I desperately needed a massage. My mom goes to H&S but they never get any knots out or go hard enough for me. Everyone is very sweet and welcoming. This place knows how to make you feel pampered and relaxed all while still getting those pesky knots out. My masseuse knew exactly what I meant when I said "medium/firm" pressure and that I needed my neck and shoulders focused on. The pricing is also extremely reasonable so you better tip them well!!!

The one that has earned "favorite" status in my book. From the moment I walk in, the stress starts to melt away. The atmosphere is quiet and calming without trying too hard. It just feels comfortable. The staff always greet me warmly, and they somehow remember exactly the kind of pressure I like. They don't just give a massage -- they actually pay attention to the spots that need work and take their time to make sure I leave feeling lighter. Every session feels like a reset. Whether I go in tense from the week or just needing a moment for myself, I always walk out relaxed, refreshed, and able to breathe a little deeper. I love that it's a place where I don't feel rushed and where the focus is truly on helping me feel better. Sure, there might be fancier spas, but 777 is the only place that truly unwinds my shoulders and relaxes my body. That kind of comfort is priceless to me.

I booked the 60 minute hot stone massage. A few days before I got a text confirming, so I replied and asked about the Groupon rate and they acknowledged it. When I came, I showed the Groupon, she said ok and took me to the room. I changed and waited for my masseuse to come in. The first part of the massage was given over the sheet, and with no lotion or oil, that was a little uncomfortable. Then she moved the sheet and used oil. That was a little better. There was only a few stones used towards the end and it was just for a very short period of time. Usually they use more and got for longer at other places. No big deal I guess. The room was dim and seemed relaxing but there was barely any sound or music playing to drown out the noise from outside or her constantly clearing her throat. Overall it was a good massage but not what I'm used to going to.

Thirdly, they DEMANDED a tip and waited outside till we would give them money. We told them we would give them $10 but they ended up charging $21 on our card. I was very angry that they were constantly asking for a tip because the service wasn't good and to make it even worse they charged us for a way higher tip then we told them.
