They are always very accommodating; they work clean, fast and honest. I remembered I was in desperate need of a fix on a zipper I had on the back of my work pants. I'm not sure if it was bc they knew me since I've been there for a few altercations here and there, but they recommended that I'd fix the zipper instead and pay later after I'd get back from work. There's a good fitting room to try on anything you need; they have a lovely staff (both male and female) always greeting you with a warm, familiar smile. They have a great schedule. When I finally was told about the price at the counter, I responded it was a bit higher than my budget and inquire about a possible discount. She condescendingly replied, "why would I give you a discount if I charged everyone the same price? You are not that special."
