The boot fitters here are top notch. I've been having problems with uncomfortable boots for years! Thanks to Rich, I was able to wear my boots all day, and develop a love for skiing, that I never thought possible! Chip fixed my daughter's boots too, so that the rest of the week, she was comfortable in her boots. In addition, my younger daughter hurt her ankle previous to this skiing trip. Rich set her up with great boots, and she was able to ski everyday! The front desk staff helped me with a return, and were very courteous. Next stop, was down stairs to the ski sale area. I spoke with Scooter (Scott), who in a very innovative and inexpensive way, completely solved my issue that I was having with my skis. I switched skis with my daughter! Our week at Killington was made great by these guys, and we will be skiing much more in future because of the excellent advice on boots and equipment. Rick was probably one of the worst, meanest people I've ever talked to. I am an experienced skiier having competed in multiple events since I was very little. Dude went out of his way to make my experience miserable. Horrible, rude, I've seen so many other reviews talking about how they want to push product. That's the perfect explanation. I know what I want stop trying to upsell me. Skiing is already so expensive I don't need some a-hole dude yelling at me because I tell him I don't want to buy this service.
