Completed a military move with this company, who were contracted to pack our belongings. They…read morehired an insufficient number of people to complete the job efficiently. They insisted on two days of pre-packing to complete the job on time, completely disrupting our family in the interim. The manager at the company was rude and disrespectful and tried to force us to pre pack items that we would clearly need to continue living in the house. He brow beat my spouse into allowing them into the house to do some inside pre-packing even though it was already established that they would do the outside only on the first day. When I set the parameters for the second day of prepacking the manager in Sudbury, started yelling at me on the phone, saying this was a move for DND and implying that I was not the customer, so he could do what he wanted. When I doubled down insisting that the packers would only pack what I authorized, he kept trying to get me to say that I was refusing the prepack, so he could tell DND they couldn't finish on time because of me. The following day he did not even give us a courtesy call to let us know when the packers would be showing up. Completely unprofessional management making a stressful moving situation more difficult. Absolutely not worth doing business with this company

They damaged my door frame and fridge on the first delivery and They tried to make me sign saying…read morethey were not responsible for any damage to my property or the appliance they were delivering the second time. Its been 3 weeks, and the damage to my door frame has not been fixed. Accidents happen. I am not upset the damaged it, I am upset they refused to deliver the replacement unless I took responsibility for it, and have not fixed the damage the caused to my door frame.
