The worst experience. I bought a fridge from the Brick in 07/24. My fridge arrived with a cracked…read morecrisper, the crack grew more as it was used. I reached out to the Brick's customer service on the day it was delivered, and they ordered a new crisper. Customer did not contact me with updates, every time I reached out they had no information to give me. Then, as the months went by I would contact them for updates and they began to simply ignore me. Multiple email went without a response from the Brick's customer service team. When I finally got a response, they were not able to tell me what was going on, still, 5 months later. The replacement part finally arrived, with no notice, 6 months after I bought the fridge and contacted the Brick's customer service about the damaged part. I have had another disappointing experience buying from the Brick. I had bought a couch that immediately started pilling and looked 10 years old within a year. They did not stand behind their product. I should have learned my lesson after my first dismal experience. I will never buy from the Brick again, and would never recommend them.
