We purchased a 50 amp Siemens GFCI for our new hot tub on April 20, 2023. The hot tub breaker…read morefunctioned flawlessly until a few days ago when it tripped. Repeated attempts to reset the break did not work. A licensed electrician disconnected all loads from the breaker and it still trips. Called about warranty and was told that there is no warranty. I then said that competitors all provide 12 month warranty with a Siemens 50 amp GFCI. I was then told to send it back to them and then they would look at it and decide if they would send it on to Siemens for warranty. When I mentioned that such a process could take weeks, he hung up on me. I will never buy another thing from Canada Hot Tubs and suggest that you look elsewhere too. Rude and unhelpful responses (post sale) are no way to treat a customer. Be Warned!
