When I finally got a text they were very passive aggressive about it. Look if you got $$ for eyes and got yourself too busy to handle customers correctly and in a timely fashion then maybe you shouldn't have a text line or hire another secretary to handle calls. I left my car for a whole day to get done and they acted like it was an issue to leave it another day... um get more people to work, I need my car to work I took off a whole day and they barely looked at it. Then when picked up estimate not even ready and asked questions and was told not to even worry about those things... I have asked other shops and they all tell me oh ya basic tuneup needs done! So I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ridgway. They need to take 2 weeks to cleanup their schedule, hire more people and have more spacing to actually check out the cars correctly and oh ya get back to people in a good time frame not a week later!!!!

I wanted to cry!! My insurance company had me schedule with Safelight. After 3 bad experiences, I just told them to forget it, I'd go somewhere else, even if I had to pay for it myself. Martin's got me in in just a few days, and asked questions that were never asked by Safeliight. Important ones, like if my car had a lane change function, which it does. How were they going to recalibrate my vehicle in my driveway or at my place of employment??? I'm so glad that I was so disgusted with them that I called Martin's to do the repair. Yes, I had to leave it for the day, but they called a couple hours before I got off work anyway. My insurance company paid for it, I hope it never happens again, but I won't call Safelight ever again. Go to Martin's Mobile Glass, they are the nicest folks to deal with!!
