Do not come here for pointe shoe fitting. The fitter insisted that my wife's pointe shoe was fine,…read moreeven though my wife felt they were too long. My wife has 20 years of experience dancing on pointe, but was treated like she was completely ignorant. Three experienced teachers agreed it was too long, to the point of running an injury risk. When we called, we were told to come back to "figure it out". All the fitter did was double down that it was the best fit and everyone else was wrong (including the person wearing it). We went to a different place and immediately found the same brand in a smaller size that fits much better. When I went back to explain the issue, I was told to get another opinion (which we already did), that the better size was "very similar", that my wife should "speak up for herself" (which she did) and where to resell it. They would tell the owner, but all we would get was 10% off the next purchase. Unfortunately, there will not be a next purchase here. As much as we would like to support a local business and a struggling industry, this is an unacceptable and unethical way of conducting business.

I put all my merchandise back at this point and will never return after 22 years! My family was horrified the way I was spoke to considering we have been going here since I was a child and been taking my daughter here as well.

The store is large, men's and women's styles. Lots of discounts and clearance racks. Colors are basic though - blacks, grays and other neutrals. Sometimes a gal wants a pop of color or a unique pattern. Athletic shoes are available at the back of the store. Associates were helpful and check out was fast. Currently masks are required and employees are wearing them. Dressing rooms are not open.

However I was…read morenot impressed with the customer service probably when you walk into a store at the outlets you were greeted with a welcome to whatever the name of the store you just entered however the clerk behind the desk was very busy with her conversation about personal matters with her coworker. I ignored that and decided to go on about my way and search through the deals I was able to find several and I was really happy because I love under armor and normally if you search the clearance racks you're able to find great deals. I went on to find two tops that normally cost around $30 but because of the military discount and the clearance rack I walked out of the store only spinning around $27 which is pretty good! Wh EN I was checking out the same clerk that was a little busy with her conversation was also misinformed about the various clearances around the store this was a little frustrating because I had a couple questions concerning some of the 30s but eventually I answered my own questions with reading several different racks. I Will be back and hopefully there are different clerks on duty other than that it was a great experience and the deals are all around the store!
