He absolutely LOVED going there. I knew if something came up and I was stuck at work late, I just had to call and they would keep him and provide him the best possible care either later or overnight. Over the years I've used many dog daycare and boarding facilities in the country due to my travel for work. LULU is not only the best, but the bonus is that it's the most affordable . He's never let anyone else cut his nails without a fuss willingly over the years, including me - and he'd hold his paw out willingly for them! I still follow them on fb because it makes me so happy to see all the dogs knowing what a wonderful time they're having!

Once checked into the system, a handler from the back was paged and came out to greet us. We went over the instructions we had printed out and we were comfortable with the amount of interaction. We were even allowed to escort our guy into his 'run' which was a treat. Upon picking him up a couple of days later, we were given a high-level overview of the weekend. Personally, I'm spoiled with the amount of detail in the updates from our every day walker (see: Happy Pet Care), so I was a little disappointed that we weren't given more detail of the weekend's activities. All in all a great experience and we will for sure be going back. The price was extremely reasonable, the facilities were clean, and all of the animals were obviously cared for and taken care of in a way you would hope and expect.

They were also very proactive when kennel cough ran rapid twice last year and were able to prevent dogs from being affected.
