There's also a fun gift shop where you can peruse with your dog while you wait to be called. Dropping our guy off was no problem at all. Once checked into the system, a handler from the back was paged and came out to greet us. We went over the instructions we had printed out and we were comfortable with the amount of interaction. We were even allowed to escort our guy into his 'run' which was a treat. Upon picking him up a couple of days later, we were given a high-level overview of the weekend. Personally, I'm spoiled with the amount of detail in the updates from our every day walker (see: Happy Pet Care), so I was a little disappointed that we weren't given more detail of the weekend's activities. All in all a great experience and we will for sure be going back. The price was extremely reasonable, the facilities were clean, and all of the animals were obviously cared for and taken care of in a way you would hope and expect.

I was weepy, because my toddler and puppy were being separated for the first time - Denise reassured us, and said text anytime! We got pictures and updates our whole trip, and when our pick up time had to be moved because we got stuck in traffic, it wasn't a big deal. The little boarding report card was adorable, and because our pup has nervous/excitement pees, Denise referred us to a trainer/dog psychologist that might be able to help. Our other dogs, boarded other places, have come home with cuts, ticks, smelling bad, or almost all the food we sent - this is the first time we haven't had anything to remedy once we got home.
