We have one guy who will absolutely bite me if I try to trim his hair, but he trusts Kaila implicitly. We have another dog who can't even get her nails trimmed at the vet; she will only let Kaila do it. Between our own dog and dogs we've fostered she's probably worked on at least 200 that I can think of and when I say she treats each of them as her own I'm not being hyperbolic. As an individual Kaila is easy to communicate with, honest, and totally fair. So happy to be able to support a locally owned and operated small business like hers.

From the moment I contacted them to the…read moretime I picked up my fur friend, it was clear that this place is a wonderful place for pets and their humans. First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience. My usually anxious feline felt at ease almost immediately (and seemed to like them more than me!) The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat came out looking like a show-stopper. Additionally, the space is spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority! I can't recommend Furever Friends Family enough. She would freeze from fear if our other dog of the same breed (Papillon) was taken out of her line of sight. They are the smartest toy breed and London understood how to be Maddie's support dog, staying with her if allowed. But when the manager changed, the salon began to promise to keep them together and then as soon as I left would bathe one at a time even though the had two groomers just waiting on the bather. They may be better now. I don't know. I stopped bringing my long haired dogs there when they cut my dog London multiple times. Then they both passed at 14. Now we go to Amy's. It's a lot better if your dogs have any issues as it's a single client at a time. Petsmart may have advantages now though, I don't know.

We were bringing our goldendoodle to an area "pet spa," and after a couple of mishaps and…read moremiscommunications, we started looking for a new groomer. Not only does Doggie Style charge a few bucks less than where we were previously bringing our pup, but they also did a better job! Plus you can't beat the convenience of having your groomer come to you. Brittany got to our house right at 2, the van was parked on our street with our dog in it for about an hour, and he came out so clean and fluffy. She took the time to brush him out and clip him rather than shave him down. We will absolutely continue to use their services. The only thing that would improve things would be Saturday appointments (the hours are Monday-Friday), or late evening appointments during the week. It's not a huge inconvenience to take an afternoon off or to work from home every 9 weeks for us, but I can see how it would make it easier for a lot of people.
