I have my follow up test to get done as well as my next visit already scheduled. The ladies at the front desk were professional and booked all your follow up appointments with no issues. I feel he is the best urologist I could ever find. Unfortunately the office operation is the worst most disorganized system you can imagine. You cannot leave a message for the Doctor directly. Twice this past 6 months I have left messages on the nurse call back option and no return calls and no response on the patience portal. During the 1st bad experience at the end of all the options, you could reach a person in the reception area which a did and after 5 days of no response. Today the option does not exist, I had to press the number for a hospital or doctors line to speak to a live person which I did after 4 days of no response to both my voice message and patient portal.
