During the 1st bad experience at the end of all the options, you could reach a person in the reception area which a did and after 5 days of no response. Today the option does not exist, I had to press the number for a hospital or doctors line to speak to a live person which I did after 4 days of no response to both my voice message and patient portal. You can never get in on a same day emergency visit when needed. There's little to no follow up. And I have to call twice almost always on calls/messages I leave. I know all doom and gloom, but otherwise the majority of staff itself is very friendly and pleasant. Corporate rules and guidelines are the trouble here.
