I want to sincerely thank the staff at this office for a much better experience. The staff was pleasant and moved people through quickly. We were here for a significant period for both tests and every patient interaction was professional. I witnessed the staff comforting a woman who had a very high copay and was clearly upset. Empathy matters. There was even a sign if you are waiting for a disk more than 5 minutes, to come tell us. We were here for multiple tests and a script was missing. They did the first test and gave us the direct fax to call our doctor to fax over the order. In the future we will do all radiology appointments at this location and hope that Jessica, Summer and Kate are here to help us.

Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always that angry. She even yelled at me because she gave me the wrong information. If you're going to be that nasty towards your patients, people coming in with health concerns, you should find another job because the last thing they need is your awful attitude. Also, what they don't tell you is how loud an MRI is. It sounds like a construction site inside of those things. The ear protection they put on you isn't always enough. I think one of the ear pieces wasn't put in all the way and I suffered damage to my hearing in one ear. A year later and it isn't back to normal. They're lucky I don't sue them. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

I know mistakes happen but they could have called for the correct spelling of my name. Also, they never sent my prescription to my pharmacy so when I went to pick it up on Saturday it was not there. Sadly, a close friend of mine 10 years younger had skin cancer on her back & she had to have some of her Lymph nodes removed. That was a wake up call for me to get checked since I can't tell you the last time I went to a dermatologist. I want to give Dr. Enis & his nurses 5 stars they were truly incredible.
