After two months and numerous calls and empty promises (to return my call when they gathered more information, to provide me an update, to come and install the supposed replacement they found, which come to find out didn't match my existing gate and they refused to replace both panels, only the one they damaged, despite this giving us a mis-matched gate across our driveway) the gate still wasn't replaced. We ended up replacing it ourselves and sending them a demand letter for payment, which they promptly ignored. Now, they've left us with no option but to sue them. I hate to see anyone else go through this nightmare. Accidents happen but as the owner of a company, you must own up to them and correct them. The owners of Jersey Landscape Supply have royally failed to do so.
