That said, make sure you understand the fee schedule here - there's a fee if you forget your pup's collar, and a fee for staying past 10a the day you pick them up from boarding, currently waived if you buy an exit bath.

My dog had broken her leg and was in the animal hospital following surgery on her leg. Being a very…read morelarge Russian wolfhound, we needed something more than an Uber Pet for her ride home from the hospital. When I called K9 Cars, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a human who was able to schedule the ride and assure me what kind of vehicle would be provided- a large carpeted van. This was exactly what my hard-to-transport broken legged girl needed. Not only did K9 Cars arrive on time, they were early. This allowed us to get her directly into the van from the hospital gurney with no waiting, which was perfect. The van also had enough room in the back for my husband to be right next to my girl to reassure her during the ride. Tony, our driver, couldn't have been kinder, which was reassuring after the trauma of her hospital stay (no fault of the hospital- it's just that breaking a leg is awful). The ride couldn't have been better. Highly recommended for ease of service, timeliness, kindliness and comfort!
