Ended up looking through the local newspaper and found this place. Called them up and explained my situation they said they can squeeze me into their schedule within the next hour. The oil change was completed within 30 minutes and the guy at the front desk even helped me out with a problem and suggested I call the dealer to see if it can be done for free. Will be back again.

I'm grateful to the Stefko Svc Center for always treating me fairly; I've never once had the impression that I was being over-sold on something I didn't need or was being given an inflated price for any kind of maintenance. Charlie will go into detail with you as much as you'd like, regarding your vehicle's current status, next steps, things to look out for in the future, etc. Anywhere I've moved in the past, I've always just tried to find what seemed like the most reputable garage in the area. But if I move away from this side of Bethlehem, unless it's to California or somewhere far away like that, I'll still bring my car to Charlie. He is the very best.

John, an associate, said they were really busy, but that he would try his best to run tests on my car at least to see what was wrong with it. I really gave up hope since not only is it NYE, but they close at noon, AND they'll be closed all weekend. Two hours later I got a call saying it was the alternator. After several hours of labor they found the problem - not only did they fix the issue, but Larry did not charge me. I cannot praise the individuals who work in this shop enough. I know next-to-nothing about cars and I assume this can be seen quickly by mechanics. I have never felt taken advantage of by Larry and his staff. It is refreshing to leave my car in the hands of mechanics here and feel safe knowing they will treat both my car, and myself, well.

I took the car back to them to have the wheel bearing replaced and they did it. Then the noise persisted and they still charged me over 500, and their mechanic told me the noise will go away with time and it was the spindle that should have been replaced. Their mechanic didn't fix the issue I went there for and still charged me so much money
