There were about 10 aestheticians talking and laughing loudly. During the facial the warm steamer was not used. First I was told that the machine was not working then she corrected herself by saying that the warm steam was not offered for that facial. A light shoulder and arm massage was also previously offered. I was informed that it was not included with the facial that I selected. When it has been in all the past facials I have gotten there in past. I do believe the manager was there and intervened. She was dismissive of my concerns and said we had a good deal because we got a discounted price on facial but that was not the case. I bought that deal for mother day at the price they offered. I was not even offered any kind of apology for the equipment not working during my facial. I mentioned that I would more than likely not be back to spa and the response was "OK" I don't have a problem paying full price or buying deal offered by the spa but I do have a problem poor service after they have your money.
