The manager always…read moremade sure you had your next appointment scheduled, asked about any additional areas needed prior to price changes and was very flexible even though their books were generally booked. I graduated and all was well. A few months ago I decided I wanted to have another location laser treated so I called no answer. I text no answer. I finally was able to reach someone but the price is now $800 more than what I was quoted prior. The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.

Then one day, out of the blue, they said I could no longer continue my services that I had been having with them. They both looked at me as if I had been doing something wrong. I signed up for these particular services with Carmen back when I started. It was all very hurtful and confusing. I had built relationships with them (or so I thought!) after all this time. Perhaps they had a financial issue or changes in business and they needed to change my monthly routine... but aside from why, they should have handled things differently. Showed accountability, honesty, kindness, and integrity. Carmen acted like she had no idea about what she offered me when I began membership (even though she and Maria performed these services with me every month for 2 years), and then she proceeded to end my membership. I didnt request this. I felt like I was at a job and had been wrongfully terminated. It felt like I knew someone well, to find out I didn't at all. I wanted it done literally on my lower eye lids to treat my wrinkles, a lot of things went wrong.... - Co2 was done below my under eye lids - right before my procedure the doctor asked if I wanted to do a stronger laser, I asked if it would be longer recovery and he say a few days more and that it would look better and I would only need 2. So I agreed. - The girls assisting placed a tape over my lashes to cover my eyes. - an inexperience assistant girl started doing the procedure, as soon as she started she stopped to show the doctor something, it felt right away that something was wrong, but they continued, they move to the other eye and were whispering amongst themselves something, they changed the setting before finishing the other other eye and were done with it. - they took the tape off and ripped off some of my lashes on the tape, it was painful and careless. The girls were even giggling while trying to take off the tape. The doctor tried to act like it was normal - the doctor was in contact with me while recovering, he recommended a few things and after all failed recommendation he didn't know what to do so basically returned my money and let me on my way, told me to see a dermatologist. - It's been 7 months and my skin has not healed, I've seen a couple of doctor and under dermatology care still currently. - I've spend so much money and time trying to heal that I had not had the energy to write this review until now. - it's been an awful journey, I don't wish this on anyone. - Don't put your face in the hands of careless and untrained people.
